We are not talking who is evil and who is good, we are talking about who is stronger. In terms of *raw* power obviously Kirakishou is the strongest. Rosa Mystica isn't her way to amass power, she can collect power with ALL masters that contracted her ALL AT ONCE. And she is made to be omnipotent when she is inside the N-field. Even when staying in the N-field for her whole existence her power affect the real world, she is just that powerful. To be exact, she IS raw power, pure soul with no body. The fact that she is raw power/pure soul gives her advantage to win the battle, as it is harder to destroy a soul than a body. Barasuishou killed Suigintou when she's not looking, and breaks when she finally got Rosa Mystica. Also what do you mean ''all'' when in that episode Hinaichigo and Souseiseki is defeated already. When Kirakishou , even with Suigintou and Shinku teamed up still wins, become Alice without the Rosa Mystica as she is perfect already. Kirakishou didn't kill the other dolls as becoming Alice isn't exactly what she wanted. She just wanted to escape loneliness.

What you must remember though is that Kirakishou is a non-physical entity - she can manifest herself in any way, warp reality, stop time - she can do literally whatever the fuck she likes, purely because she's not a physical doll, she's astral. Kirakishou is even described as "the closest Rozen ever got to creating Alice", and that's why she's the last doll. Kirakishou possesses a rosa mystica, along with the others, so even if Barasuishou was somehow able to destroy Kirakishou, her rosa mystica would obliterate her. She's a powerful doll for sure, but up there with Suigintou and Shinku, Kirakishou is easily the strongest.
