As a houston fan, drafting him was the only thing that kept me sane that year. I watched highlights and breakdowns of him dominating adults and winning mvp in a pro league at 18. Knew he’d be big then. Absolute steal in the draft for us. He is so fun to watch.

Yup, I've read there was a basketball page at that time that put Alpi at number 1 on their mock draft and they became a laughing stock. I guess we all know who's laughing now. I just forgot what basketball page that was.👀

I've been a Rockets fan since the late 1970s. I was a big NBA fan through the 1990s, but became a more casual fan with the style of play that started to take place in the 21st century. I have been completely tuned out on the Rockets for the past 3 seasons, but this team with Ime Udoka leading the direction on the bench, has me watching more games now than I have since Chris Paul was in Houston. It's an exciting, refreshing brand of basketball that is fun to watch and Sengun is easily the Rockets best player. This team has me hooked as a fan again.

Feel the same way as you been a huge rockets fan since the 90s. This is the first season I’m watching every game again since the cp3 years. I might have to get season tickets again. Had them for Hardens whole career in houston. Have them up after the year he was traded it’s been a rough watch the past 3 years but I love the team love the coach and have grown to really appreciate what stone did when he signed FVV and brooks. Wasn’t sure about those acquisitions but stone nailed them.

It was a comment I expected, he played superior games against Sabonis and Valenciaunas. Coach Udoka saw his talent, footwork, intelligence and wanted him to play simpler, but we also love his crazy passes, his pick n' roll harmony with Van Fleet is great. This year Houston played with fight and heart, I still remember the last game. Good luck and greetings from Giresun. We love Alpi and are looking forward to the days when a legend will be born, it was very special for us to work with the legend Hakeem Olajuwan.

As if you didn't need any other evidence Silas was a train wreck as a coach.... His management of Sengun the last 2 years was a joke. He was ready to do this last year if Silas would have attempted to run the offensive more through him. I think he will be an all star this year and the pairing with Van Fleet in the pick n' roll is freaking beautiful.

All wins were are at home, no away wins, I think for this season they wont reach the Playoffs but from next season they will def.
Alpi has Allstar Potential, he has still a long way to go, but he is on the right direction.

If you’re comparing him with Arvydas Sabonis, you might be right but you don’t know basketball if you say this after comparing him with Domantas Sabonis.

Hey buddy.. Um, no offense but at 2:40 you said Sengun makes a pass to Jabari Smith Jr. “For the dunk.” Not sure if you don’t know what a dunk is but you might want to watch that again.
