Info: c200 136 hp 360 nm and not 270!!
I think the c250 is almost as fast as the c350 and also basing on the power / torque figure not much separating them and to think one is 4 cyl and the other is 6 cyl.
Am i correct to assume they will feel the same in this acceleration test?
Why u think 250 diesel is faster? 0-100: 7.0 sec, 350 petrol: 6.0 sec. Both 2011 cars, c350 is even atmospheric. Torque doesnt mean faster acceleration, its a mathematical expression of horse power. Horse power =torque*current RPM/5252. If you want to know how real power your car have on certain RPM ranges, you need to use that formula. Diesel cars have higher horse power numbers at lower RPM (so yes, they start faster form startline), but petrol car has much higher Horse power numbers at high RPM and more continously. Also diesel cars reaches their maximum torque at 1.8-2k RPM, while petrol engines has linear torque curve 1500-4500 RPM.

There is C180 CDI, not just CGI.
Economic but barring, gasoline is better specially 8 cylinder.
Diesel 3.0 is better
