- Detail construction of DC machine, dc generator, dc motor in hindi with all parts is presented here. The initial section in construction of dc generator or dc motor presents animation of how each part is connected to each other. The full sequence is presented in this video. Then the next section in construction of dc machine is detail construction of frame of dc generator or dc motor. The next part explained in dc generator construction is the pole of dc machine. After understanding function of pole and pole shoe the field winding is explained in dc motor construction or dc generator construction. The next section is armature core of dc machine. Then after construction of armature winding is clearly explained in construction of dc machine. The next section is of commutator which is very important part of dc machine or dc generator or dc motor. The material used for the construction of commutator is also explain in this video. The next section is of the brush which is connected with commutator. In the next section of detail construction of dc machine or dc generator or dc motor video the end housing, shaft and bearing is explained in detail with material for construction and function.

Superb animations sir
Thanks sir
I really like your way of teaching, your way of explaining ,your style of speaking and how to explain thinkgs well ,sir .
One of the best video to learn DC machine
1.The frame is made of cast iron for smaller machines and for larger machines,it made of cast steel or rolled steel since these materials have better magnetic properties as compared to cast iron .
2.armature purposes-it provides an easy path for magnetic flux.
3.To reducing hysteresis losses and eddy current losses. thanks you sir 😊
Very nice and beautiful explanation in your lecture for all the students as well as interested people. Thank you very much sir..
Thanks you so much

for the same reluctance, the weight used for cast iron is double cast steel because of the double magnetic permeability of cast steel than the cast iron so the logic given by this channel is correct.
This video was very helpful from the exam point of view (EDCMT).
Sir it's awesome. I was getting sacred of Electrical machines. But ur lecture is explained in a easy way. Please make video for all chapter of Electrical machines. And, sir in description no link is given pls provide it
Thanks for appreciation
@@LearningVibes sir u haven't given any link in description regarding lap and wave Winding and how does lamination affect eddy current loss .. please provide....and sir pls make vdo for other chap, transformer... synchronous n all😭😭🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻it's very tough..pls make complete vdo for dc generator and motor
I will make, current i am making on other topics
1-cast iron.
2-Put the windings and flux pass easily.
3-Lamination in the pole to reduce eddy current loss.
Thank u so much sir for this incredible and informative video.keep sharing this type of knowledgable videos.
