This isn't really a recipe. It's just a matter of what you can fit in the pot. Simple ingredients like this don't really require a measurement. If your pot is smaller just down size everything. Eye balling it will work just fine

He used 8 pounds of sausage. 1 pound would probably be enough for a family of 4 so just use 1/8th of everything else.

      • 2 pounds of smoked sausage
      • 2.5 pounds of skinless chicken thigh
      * 2 pounds of pork
*1 1/2 cans of tomatoes (I would just use 2)
*Two onions, two bell peppers, half a stalk of rabbit food (celery)
      *4 cups chicken stock
      *12 cups water
      *2 pounds of noodles
All seasoning was done to taste so just eyeball it. If you're unsure of yourself I suggest just adding 2 tablespoons of everything he used for seasoning. You will most likely have to taste it and add more seasoning to it though. You'll also need to cook this in a stock pot

Great video! I cant wait to try it in my pot this week!
I plan on making the same recipe except ii was told to use a can of cream of shrimp and a can of cream of mushroom. Ever hear of this being used? I will also be using spaghetti instead of penne. Is the measurement the same for different types of pasta? Thanks a bunch!

One thing I have learned from watching many Pastalaya videos. There is no one way to make this. Yes the ingredients are basically the same, but the way it’s done and the seasoning used is done by taste. I prefer bow tie noodles, not so much Kitchen Bouquet, and a good amount of Tony’s. Eat well, my friends

      Chicken
      Sausage
      Pork
      Onion
      Green pepper
      Celery
Cook as he does in the video
Does your family eat heavy add more if not add less....it's really easy to portion off how much you need for your family to eat

I never ever use the kitchen bouquet for anything or the dales it’s too salty and never put the chicken or pork on paper towels because it stole a lot of the flavor from it 👌
