I remember the weeks when The Hellacopters performed on "På spåret". I was in hospital beating cancer. Every night they were on it just gave me an extra energy boost.

I have never been a big fan of cover bands, but my god these guys rock!! They aren't just covering the songs, they're re-imagining them with their own sound.
They are not really a cover band though. They just cover songs as a part of this tv show. They released lots of albums with own material, go check it out!

@@eksnroker8375 true! Kenny is great. But, in my humble opinion, this bass player is also great. His playing on Imperial State Eletric Records is amazing. Great bass lines! We'll certainly miss all the Strings fillings and style, if Hellacopters Record anything new. Anyways, I'm just happy they're still playing. One of my top 5 bands!

I _so_ totally love Hellacopters, even more than Beatles, but I don't think that was a very good cover. Let alone better than the AMAZING original.
Great cover. Too bad the video production is done by some old fart who thinks it's rock n' roll to zoom in on Nicke followed by a close-up on Dregen's guitar -again and again and again.
