I love the fact that you showed us the mistake. Not alone did I have a good laugh it shows that anyone can make a mistake and that these things happen in construction. Mainly it gave me a good laugh after a tough week.
Bit of advice Had a block built 6 x 4m unit built ( while on holiday) on a reinforced concrete pad Apparently no dpc was put down.. It's single skin block, what's or how is it best to move forward as it looks like damp is coming through the base or blocks, or willl the celotex stop this coming through when done Fantastic work also
Just wondering if you lapped the DPM up the sides of the timber base or if it still has an air gap to ventilate the base structure? Love the videos by the way!
Great video mate, love the outside blind idea 🤔😉🤣!! Finally managed to get some raffle tickets, my kidsafe setting was blocking me from the site because it involves gambling 🤔!
Again great stuff! You guys are what I need for a 4x3, but I worry you won't be available anytime soon. Any chance of just getting some help for a ardent fan of your, me? Cheers again for excellent video!
Quality job and a great video as always. Did the rear of the garden room have steel sheets? Just wondered how you trimmed and finished around the rear window?
@@thegardenroomguru General wear and tear ? If the pully system breaks etc, wouldnt you be left with a blind you cant use if its stuck between 2 panes of glass ?
Hello team love the stuff. We bought a new build about 2 years ago, we’re not fixed on staying, im a landscaper so im need another property for storage etc. Could one be build and then moved in 1-2 years? Or is that just a bad idea? I know things don’t like to be me moved they don’t go back up right 😂
Liam, your videos are solid mate. All the workmanship and hardwork you guys put in creating these videos is mega. Grafting all day and editing videos too. You must have an ugly wife at home😂 only kidding fella. Anyways question; I need to extend a base by 800 along a 7m frontage in the same scenario as your video for my garden room. Whats your advice? 2 rows of piles 400 apart or is one row of piles enough Using 4*2's as floor joists.? Thanks in advance. Ps packs are mega. I'm a builder and still find them a time saver. Why re invent the wheel 😜 keep up the good work 💪
Missing your regular videos liam. My 8 year old walked in at the wrong time when I was watching this video. 13:12 let’s get the f*** out of here. Bad timing 😂. You need a full time videographer and content editor to produce regular vids. You could then have a Christmas bloopers edition.

Never really counted them mate, just keep starting a new one 🙈
Love it.
Wheres the link? Another mistake!
should be in the description now mate
Great build, so have you put in standard height bifolds rather than 1950mm?
1950 mate
😂 easy mistake to make hey Liam 😁. Looking forward to the concrete pile build
it'll be lour last of the year, back on it Monday, we fit the base today, but need to wrap up others as the concrete sets a little
so cold spots concrete to timber to floor?
It’s a garden room mate, not a scientific standard with such parameters
How do you change the blinds when they break, not if, but when they break ?
Why when?
@@thegardenroomguru General wear and tear ? If the pully system breaks etc, wouldnt you be left with a blind you cant use if its stuck between 2 panes of glass ?
