    I just started silks yesterday and my teacher would not put a knot in the silks. She was making me try to go straight into it without a knot and it was humiliating.

    Hi Kerri, i've been following your straddle inversion sequence. I'm finding that it's crunching into my hips a lot - they clunk and I just feel pain and no strength when i'm getting into the straddle. I have a decent amount of flexibility in my straddle. Is this normal?
