So like, I have a strap related issue. Whenever I do strap work, (or literally anything for that matter) my strap always gets really stretched out really fast, even while everyone else's straps are fine. Like I'll get a new strap and within two days it's already severely stretched. Any ideas as to what I could be doing wrong that ruins the strap. We use (faux)leather straps, idk if there are any other types, but that's what we use in case it's relevant.
That is definitely relevant! You really should be using real leather straps on your rifles. Fake leather tends to stretch a lot easier than real leather. There is also the option of using nylon straps but I strongly recommend against those!
SpintronixGuard Most of our guard money goes to buying new flags, tape, and costumes. Plus, our rifles are really old (and I mean REALLY old). We haven't used them in years and I and the guard captain are trying to learn the basics so we can teach the others, but we would have no idea how to add straps. We're still just trying to figure out how to re-tape them 😂
Well when you get them just let me know and I'll see if I can get my fiance to make a video on how to attach brand new rifle straps (he does all of the power tools around here for me)!!

You should be able to just screw it on.
