One thing you told wrong, the arduino can't be power up with the AC volt barrel jack directly because it doesn't containt bridge rectifier or AC to DC converter so we can give
6 to 18 volt maximum, other wise it will burn, mainly arduino run in 5v so it contains a voltage regulator AMS1117 5v and AMS1117 3.3V
You can power up the arduino using 9v, 12v, 15v adapter which convert AC voltage to suitable DC voltage
otherwise Mam your video is awesome
