Looks like you are doing 5 dice in each banner. The guaranteed legendary is at 35 dice, but only in the same banner! If you jump around banners you will never get legendary hero

I opened 100 legendary dice, it gave only 1 legendary hero and almost 20 gave the same epic hero. I think this game is a complete scam.
