Hey! We don't know each other but sometimes ago I had same issues. I don't think I'll be a big help to you but I'm seeing tremendous changes on my own skin. It's a very cheap method but too good to be true. Believe me just for once if you've truly lost hope. 1st Please *drink plenty of water*. 2nd throw your all market products. *To wash your face please just use only Besan (or make a fine powder of chana daal(i do this😅 I don't buy besan from market) you will see results only in 7days), or wipe your face with Rose water and wash it with plain water( don't ever sleep without washing your face, you've to religiously wash your face twice a day especially at night)*. And for moisturizer use coconut virgin oil or aloevera whatever suits you, but you'll see that if you drink enough water you'll not need moisturizer very soon. And lastly *in a glass of warm milk, add half tspn turmeric powder and have it every night religiously*. Even you're not in the mood to boil milk or have time just put a little turmeric in your mouth and have it with water. You can also use wild turmeric or sandal wood paste for your face.That's it.. Just give it 2-3 months... I hope it's give you your hope again in just few weeks.

Also, I have started drinking more water, eating curd, salads, fruits 🍎 🍊 🥕 whatever fruit is available at home. So, it is my day 2 already and let’s see how far I go. If I stay consistent. I also consume ViT E capsule.
