As a waffle, I was almost offended by seeing a tutorial for my family. The thumbnail was so convincing that I had to look twice before making a mistake This was done well
correction: I see that you later change this to soft body, curious can we just use soft body tag right away or are there benefits to starting with cloth tag?
This was just habit :) I often always add a cloth tag and then enable the settings inside (either for balloon or soft body) then it auto updates the tag for me
Hey! Make sure you've also added a collider tag (under simulation tags) onto the waffles too, this should now make the liquid collide and stay on the surface of the waffles. Hope this helps!
@@MaxonTrainingTeambsolute yes! I have follow exactly the same of tutorial, collider tag on waffle and also on the floor, the problem is that, is like it stops for a moment on the surface of the waffle but then sinks down slowly, almost as if it slipped too much! Holy crap this is GOLD! Just bought redshift today so this will be a fun starter project :)
Nicely done!
question - why did you choose Cloth tag on this one over the Soft body tag?

QUESTION - Why does my liquid slowly sink into the Waffle and does not stop on the surface? (thanks so much for the tutorial, it's beautiful!!)
