The Last Dab clocks in at around 2.5 Million SHU. Making is Blisteringly, painfully hot. Far FAR beyond the tolerances of the average person by like 100 to 250 times. Not an exaggeration. It's absurdly hot. BUT, the good thing about it, is they only use peppers to make the last dab hot, so if you only use a little, it isn't AS punishing as it could be.
Da Bomb, while only clocking in at 150,000 SHU, is made with extract. Meaning only a tiny bit of Da bomb, is going to be Astronomically hot, as it is Insanely concentrated.
The Last Dab is a hot sauce you can put on your wings or Tacos, and it will be very hot, but it tastes good.
Da bomb is supposed to be an additive. You only add a drop or two of it to a pot of Chili to make it hot. Eating Da bomb by itself is just pain. And it taste awful.
And this when when Zen discovered the butt mounted flamethrower she never knew she had.

I don’t know much about Zen’s “lore”, but I find it funny that a cyborg from the future, with a slick sword, still has this hot sauce weakness.

Da Bomb is by far the worst of the Hot Ones sauces. Not because it's the hottest, but because it just tastes like pain. No flavour, no real aftertaste, just *_pain_*

Da Bomb isn't so much a sauce as it is an extract. You're only supposed to use a drop or two in, say, a pot of stew or chili.

Zen's experience with the Last Dab was pretty much how I expected it to go. Unlike Da Bomb which hits you like a ton of bricks right away, Last Dab likes to creep up on you with its heat. I made the mistake of really loading it up on a burrito with my first try since it didn't seem as hot as my trusty Mad Dog 357 Gold, and boy did my stomach not like that choice later, oops.

Just gonna put this out there: Son of Zombie hot sauce is god tier sauce. For some it may be real hot (their site says it's ~100,000 Scoville but that's a lie since I can almost drink the stuff) but, my god, the flavor!!! It's sorta sweet, a bit smokey, and goes great on anything.
There is something unspeakably funny about Zen crossing herself.

Sadly, I dislike hot sauces with no flavor. Burning is not a flavor. Burnt is a flavor, Burning Pain is not a flavor.
I feel like I would be hideously boring watching these YLYL challenges, because I have never seen one that wasn't fucking awful. Something about the... I guess I'd call it TikTok / Vine pacing, just isn't good to me.
I've had both the Dab and Da Bomb. And Da Bomb is 100% more misery inducing. Even though it is a fraction of the Dabs scolville rating. A whole gallon of milk and several gallons of expelled tears and snot later. My head chef and I we're still burning. Bomb tastes like rancid feet, and its a paste. So it sticks to your tongue...
The Dab in contrast burns loud and proud for a few minutes. but it actually tastes good. And its an actual hot sauce. So it leaves quicker.
