correct Nimaya is the one that forges all the swords, but Ichibei is the person that has named everything. Nimaya invented the Azauchi but Ichibe was the one to come up with the name
Props to you dude for paying attention to what Ywach said about James. Yes you are right James is the actual Sternritter S, while Mask is his embodiment of an ideal hero. Its actually been answered by Kubo himself

There are some hints but there aren't many that would come up with it without someone telling.
Hints:
- Mask asks James if they should go over to where the light came down as if he can't decide himself to go, and James says they should go.
-Everytime James cheers for Mask he gets a powerup
- Mask states that if one is alive they can't die because they are the same
- Yhwach says "James is dead" he doesn't mention Mask

Mask is basically a parody of a shounen anime hero, powered by “the power of friendship” and everything.
about renji's bankai. It was foreshadowed since soul society arc.
Lemme remind you:
-after achieving bankai, a regular shinigami (like renji) should take almost 10 years to master it (mind you there are 2years between soul society arc and TYBW)
-Byakuya told renji during their fight in soul society arc that renji is not ready to use bankai
And the most important foreshadowing is regarding the name. If you remember, ymichika ( ikkaku's friend) doesnt call his zanpakuto by its true name in order to conceal the real abilities of it (arrancar arc)
NOW, renji's zanpakuto is a monkey-snake chimera.
His 1st bankai was Hihio zabimaru ( hihio means baboon king), but what about the snake? that's why the Osho said "it's half of his name".
Now his real bankai is Soo Zabimaru ( soo means two kings)
also the fact that hihio zabimaru means baboon king but the bankai itself mostly have the snake part with the baboon part being just a short coat over him. shows that baboon zabimaru does not actually acknowledge renji's worthiness to wield his full power.
Also, with the reveal last season in the “The Blade Is Me” that a Zanpakuto is one with their wielder, Zabimaru not telling Renji his true name and not recognizing Renji really means that Renji did not recognize himself, because of his self-doubt and regrets. But now Renji has accepted himself and past failures, which is why he proudly refers to himself as “a villain” and a coward in this fight.

The creator of Bleach wasted Soul Society Captains, not long ago Renji did not do amy good against the enemy. Then he went back better than The Captains,All Captains should go to the King's location and any lose will be avoided. The Show fell thr same trap as Dragonball,power level doesn't make sens, too many loopholes already
Renji went from a really cool character, to a really cool, and extremely badass character. When I first read this in the manga I wasn’t really too peculiar about the big arm but i’ve grown to really like it.
Remember during the arrancar arc when Yumichika only said half of his shikai name and his blade transformed partially due to him not wanting kenpachi and ikkaku to know his sword is a Kido type? This is the same thing just that Zabimaru didn't give renji the full bankai name so what we've been seeing all along throughout the series was half of renjis bankai
I mean it's literally in the name, the first name of his bankai means half king from what I heard and the real name is two king
His fact bankais name meant baboon king
But his sword is both a baboon and a snake

Oh things are getting even better! I LOVED the reveal of the true Zabimaru! It's one of he things I have wanted to see for a long time.

If you remember in the "Soul society arc" when Ichigo and Renji are training to achieve bankai, you can see that Zabimaru spirit was an ape with a snake as a tail (so basically a chimera).
And if you have an eye for details you can clearly see that the Bankai Renji used the whole time only the snake was present, not the ape. 🤣

Quilge and Mask De Masculine are so underrated as Sternritters. Mask has caught the most bodies so far, 3 lieutenants, 2 captains. Matter of fact add Renji in that list too, because that mf required the help of the squad 0 to recover after being kicked into Rukon District.

To clear up the confusion about what Ichibei said to renji, yes Oetsu was the one who created the Zanpakuto but it was Ichibei who named them. Thats what he meant by he named every phenomenon that has occured in the soul society. So every shikai, bankai, technique name, all of it. He named everything

Renji's Bankai is pronounced "So-Oh Zabimaru." and spelled Sōō Zabimaru. It roughly means Snake Fang Iron Gun. Or the Sōō on its own can mean "Two kings". "Hihio" meant bamboo king. That's why it was only half the name.

This episode felt like 4 minutes...I want more! 😫 😅 I am loving the anime adaptation, every week I am blown away by the animation. I enjoy seeing your raw reactions, it reminds me of when I was reading the chapters every week. I kept yelling for Kenpachi when I was reading too. 😅 But Renji came through with the power at the end. I loved that for him, to truly know and understand his Bankai. When you remember he gained it quickly like Ichigo in order to help Rukia. 🥰 Catch ya next week! 💕

Renji is a completely different man now after the training at royal palace. Seeing his new bankai also gives me so much goosbumps. Hope to see Byakuya and Rukia's power boost as well in next coming episode.
Rose's Bankai is basically an audio genjustsu. As long as people listen to his tunes, their heart can't help but be captivated and they'll be injured by whatever element that specific tune is associated with. It's basically a placebo effect, the body will react to whatever the brain thinks is real.
And Rose's final music basically means "A Hero's Life". We don't know exactly what it does, but we can guess that, if Rose didn't babble and reveal that the music was doing it all, Mask probably would have suffered a heart attack and died right there. With James dead as well, Rose almost solo'ed Mask, but he fell in the Vizard curse of being too cocky and revealing his powers.

just to clarify bc the dialog was changed in the ep, oetsu created the asauchi which serves as the vessel for the zampakuto but ichibei is the one that gives every zampakuto its name, like zangetsu, senbonzakura etc.. he is the one that gives them names

If you think about ti, during the arc when the Zanpacto spirits came out, Renji's Zanpacto were 2 a snake and a monkey basically, but when he goes Bankai only the snake is represented.

Just to clarify, it is indeed Oh-etsu Nimaiya that is the god of zanpakutou. He creates them, and Ichibei names them. It's just Ichibei is the one who coined the terms pretty much everything in Soul Society.
In SS arc: "I only bark at the STARS... I don't have the guts to jump" Renji accepted his cowardice, now he recognizes himself. The straydog reached the moon, he is worthy. Also the detail that the arm that is part monkey, the arm that protects, is the same arm that Rukia touched when they separated and with which he held her tight when they reconciled🥺
