Great list of Mods and I use 90% of them. Here are two more MUST HAVE mods. FS22_SimpleInspector this mod displays all of the machines that are working and their fill levels, etc. The other must have mod is FS22_MapObjectsHider This is just a perfect mod. Sometimes CP does not recognize power poles, instead of HIDING them, the mod allows simply removing the collisions. The Realistic Player Size Mod is so underrated but WOW!!!
Hey Dancer! Yeh I know of simple inspector, but I’m always partial to less on the screen so I’ve never really used it, personal preference I guess. And yes Map Objects Hider is one I’ve usually got running too, works well for some simple objects but I’ve found a bit finicky when trying to remove whole houses haha! :)
Hello mate! So glad I was able to introduce you to one you haven’t heard of before! Yeh it’s a beauty, used it for aaaaages! Very helpful little mod! And you’re very welcome, it should be me thanking you for making the thing!! An absolute MUST! :)
Great picks. One I use I don’t see many talk about is round baler extension. Slows you down and stops you automatically so you don’t constantly miss bits while using a round baler.
Yes that is a good one too! As I tend to use CP for most things like that, it also behaves in the same way and stops automatically and doesn’t miss any bits, thankfully! :)
There are many mod conflicts with that mod. Like bales not coming out of the baler, or if it does, it does a wrapping motion, but doesn't wrap it. Etc.
Thank you very much for your great mod presentation. Especially with the corresponding links in the description. Most people make videos about FS 25 these days, but I will only get it when it is on offer at some point.
I’ve been looking for a way to hide the HUD for like a month and the only thing I found was going into the game files.. how have I missed these mods? 😂 great video!
Nice list. I have dumped additional game settings due to lots of conflicts and causes freeze up on game exit. I never had park vehicle as i run another mod that does the same job and a lot more besides. Also no need for the hud hider if your running easy dev tools as its button configurable within that mod.
Hello mate! Yeh that’s the thing with a lot of mods, some can do the same jobs as others. I guess it’s all down to personal experience and which ones we’ve all found first and got used to. I hadn’t actually appreciated that we could configure the button to hide the HUD using Easy Dev though. I may never have found HUD toggle had I known that! :)
I'm just getting started with FSG 22 and these mods look amazing. I have a question about Courseplay. Is it exclusively an automation tool, or can I use it to generate the best pathing for a field and then follow it manually?
Hi Robert! Yes indeed you can mate. It is mainly meant for automation but If you generate a course in a field, there is an option to have all the nodes visible (the eye shaped icon in the HUD) and with those visible you can follow those lines yourself :)
Justa little thing about the connection between autodrive and courseplay. On the AD hud the first icon on the top row is a C, this is the courseplay connector. What it allows you to do is if you have previously made a course for the field you are going to work on you can load the course wherever you are and then if you press the C, it lights up yellow I believe, when you send the vehicle to the field using AD it will automatically unfold the implement if needed and then proceed to run the courseplay course selected. This stops you having to go to the vehicle when you get the notification it has arrived at the destination. Depending on the size of the map I could spend literally days just setting up the AD routes, I used to drive a tracked vehicle at 5 MPH everywhere so I could get the routes done well. I don't set up AD routes anymore as I found a creator on youtube, that is a group of people I believe, called The Autodrive Guy. They create a lot of autodrive courses for all sorts of map mods and have a link for you to be able to download them and then you just put the files in your save folder and voila, full map and all silos, productions and anything else is already to go. I have noticed though sometimes there is a need to edit certain bits depending on the vehicles you use in your save. Just a little extra for the 2 :~) As for another mod I always use it is called Better Contracts, very little learning to do with it and it is a MASSIVE gamechanger IMO.
Hello mate! Oh yes I’m all too familiar with the Courseplay button on the AD HUD, and what it allows you to do, it essentially tells CP and AD to communicate with each other, so when AD has got to its destination, it tells CP to take over and vice versa. Haha yeh me too, I make all my own AD networks and tend to record them at about 10mph so I don’t get speed wobble and make the nodes all wonky ha! Does take a while but thoroughly satisfies the OCD in knowing the routes are perfect! :)
@@DancerOfClouds hey Dancer! I haven’t actually mate, no real reason, I’ve heard a lot of good things said about their routes, I just quite enjoy making my own, especially as a lot of the time I like to make my own farms etc. I always find it fun too as making the route gives me familiarity with a new map :)

Love the simple inspector mod. Had it for fs 19, but never could find it or remember what it was called for. Thanks!
Totally agree with the mapobjecthider. I love buying a new farm on a custom map and getting rid of the containers, tyre and rubble piles! 🤣

Hello mate. Are you referring to the Field Calculator mod? All the mods featured in this video are linked in the video description :)
