this whole process took about ~4 minutes, that seems like and absurd amount of time when he has a serious injury and needs to be transported to a hospital fast. Actually being in the field would you take the time to wrap up their arm thoroughly before transportation? or would it be more along the lines of doing the first wrapping on site, getting them on the ambulance with oxygen, then wrapping the rest of it en route?
