Very thorough job! Bob is a natural. You may want to towel out the pink stuff off the bottom. When we winterize the RV, we always clean it off the tub/sink surfaces so it doesn't stain it.

yes, I struck gold with Elizabeth, who is a hair stylist at my local salon, and also brings her expertise as a certified barber. not sure why she is working in a Fantastic Sams for only $20 a haircut, because she really does an amazing job!! I tip her $20!! LOL

Wow! Excellent job! I'm wondering, though, if it makes sense to vacuum out the pink antifreeze that is sitting in the bottom of the tub, so it doesn't end up discoloring the tub??? Love the Bob and Lulu maintenance crew! Might I offer a suggestion: Next time you want to add antifreeze into the jets, just get a short piece of hose, pour antifreeze into it. letting it run in. This is easier than trying to use your little broom to sweep it in.
good suggestion!! we didn't know it was going to come out onto the floor. I really thought all of it would stay in the pipes, but I guess it needs very little.

What an ordeal but necessary. I used to have a hot tub. It seemed that I always was messing with something about it but I never had to shut it completely down. Thanks to Bob for his expertise and help and you for getting the nice shop vac and other supplies. I think you can leave with confidence that things are taken care of and it will be fine when you return home.

We soak our hot tub filter in vinegar (1gallon) in a 5 gallon bucket filled with water while the tub drains and refills. Rinse and viola. Done
Bob is such a good sport! I agree with him better to run the water in the lawn than 700 gallons near your foundation. Could cause damage esp when frozen. Jmho

When we winterize the rv, after blowing out the water and dumping in the antifreeze, we turn the pump on for just a minute until the antifreeze begins to come out the faucets. Also wipe up all the antifreeze, as it will stain.

Be careful using too powerful of a Shop-Vac as you can mess up the inside Plumbing😮 I just recently traded my 14 year old hot tub for some Landscaping on the property🎉

the hose on the sump pump wasn't long enough to reach the driveway. when I empty it myself my siphoning it with the hose, the hose reaches out to the driveway. oh well!!
