Thanks for speaking about this! This video points to a shift in the evolution of human psychology/consciousness, which has been dominated by the ego mechanism for thousands of years. There typically always has been a belief that egoity is the only way for human kind to be, to live. Awakening is the discovery that that's not true...
It's a beautiful message, and you summed it up in the end with the ocean analogy. Once one has seen a glimpse of the stillness of the deep ocean, one knows which direction to go when faced with a storm in the outer world.

Awakening is terrible for the most part. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If I was a teacher I’d talk about the extreme challenges that come with awakening.
"For awaking out of the dream to be totally embodied, to be totally lived, we are called to be very honest with ourselves as to where we withdraw or close down or shut down or in any way pull away from or try to diminish the rawness of our tender spots. Because we have a choice to stay open in that. We have the choice to stay present in that." Its called the practice of staying with the uncomfortable.
Amoda, I am thinking of coming to your 5 day retreat this august near ithaca NY, there's only one hang-up- You state that you stem from OSHO teachings, or at least your awakening was facilitated through his presence- what to make of that in relationship to the Netflix series "Wild, wild Country", in which Osho builds and maintains a problematic cult-like environment with plenty of negative consequences. Have you seen this docu-series? I am not sure what you would say concerning it, or OSHO's character, but I am highly interested before I commit to going to your retreat.
