Do you know which models of gyro's he uses for training in Brewton? Just the RAF 2000? Also, curious how much the flight training costs if you don't mind sharing the total per hour training price. I've always wanted to fly a gyrocopter so I'm thinking it might be worth a trip up next time I'm back home in Florida.
where are you located I need some lessons. I am an instructor of fixed wing and resently aquired a RAF its on its way to Ohio. I need Whoever taught you! You did some great landings.
@TheAbelinkin Dofin Fritts from Brewton. If you google his name and gyroplanes you will find his contact info. One of the best CFIs in the USA! Send me a message of your email or number and I will pass your info to him. Good luck!
Fixed wing pilot here...why not show transition between straight taxiing and main rotor starting to turn? Some intelligent commentary would also help...I'm certaily not watching this for the music. Camera needs to be on a tripod.
One of the best RAF 2000 videos I've seen. Very educational with nice close-ups. Good job and good luck out there.
@secouriste72 You can build a kit for approximately 50k USD or buy used in the 30s or 40s. Cruises around 70mph.
RAFS Cruises around 80 to 90 mph without the tail on 70 with tail training runs around 170 per hour. My dad is a CFi located in NY
@rjl2001 He primarily trains in his RAF 2000. You would have to contact him for pricing as it may have changed.
I took my horizontal stabilizer off about a year ago. Much better, much faster. Happy as a clam.

Music destroys this video 👎👎👎
