For those wondering about the "click" at the end. It is a reflexive action born from frustration that first happened at 9:18 when Nyar thought she messed up the translator.
@@scifistories1977 something to look farward too? Also loved the ending click. Lol humans have a unconscious hive mind. It is surely interesting to see a seemingly ageless being unable to comprehend the idea of growing complexity over several generations. That the first machines were indeed made by human hands, which were then used to make slightly more precise and complex machines, which were then used to make tools to again make the next more complex machinery. This way less complexity can bear more complexity. It is a bit like going up the stairs of a tall building, each floor being a new level of complexity. Yet the alien watches the tall building only from the outside, unable to comprehend how one can get from the bottom floor to the very top.
Great story. Really hope it continues. Reminds me of a time in 8th grade when I had the realization that the student we had in class that had moved from England, with the great accent, would think the same words we thought were accented from him would be equally accented to him when I spoke them.
Why do I feel like much of the Confusion in the Conversation could be avoided by Neil just saying "Humans Smarter then me, more Educated in the Subject you ask of did those things", something along those lines. After she is a Diplomatic representative, not GORDEN FREEMAN. Still, this is certainly a amusing conversation, 2 completely different beings and/or mindsets desperately trying to understand each other. It is certainly one of those conversations/situations where physical gestures and showing things makes more progress then actual conversation.

I was not expecting a sequel after so long. This was indeed a pleasant surprise.
I'll be uploading the next 6 of them (I think there are 6 more) shortly.
Hope this story continues.
Yes, about 6 more parts.
