Watching that track cutter is awesome because the only cutter I was around was a rubber tire cutter when my dad was in logging and when ever I could go I went for 13 years and through that he he three cutters two John Deere and a tiger cat
Great video. Happy New Year.
Thats so awesome
Nice little dozer I want in!!
Awesome videos thomas happy new year
Keep up the great work. Be safe out there.
Man I love yalls videos.
Great video 👍 Thomas. That tree is old enough to be old growth timber and that is why it weighs so much. Me and dad cut a red oak one time that was 60" at the but end and we found that it had a horse shoe in the center of it we counted the growth rings and that horse shoe had been in that tree for a 150 years.
Good job and the tiger cat was struggling on that pine
10-5 10-5 I’m in. What the world no commentary form Michael or Mickey during the ride along. Happy New Year to you and the crew.
One big old log. That’s old for Louisiana. We cut one out of a church yard last year that had 104 rings. It was huge too. Has a true fat lider pine smell!!!

Happy new year pal. Hope that all of us are blessed both physically and financially this year. 👍👍👍
A buddys dad had some property by Rayburn, virgin pine back quite a few years ago it had numerous 40++ pines, damaged by tornado beautiful trees. His dad ended up cutting with 24” bar n it would fall, dangerous situation finally got a few down n planed n cut up at temple, Diboll in ther mill one Sunday and used as shiplap on walls in his office, beautiful boards
Why not I love the small of pine. Once you have in your blood you never get it out
ME! I have a pine and cotton farm in Florida. I grow Sandpine and Loblolly hybrids.
You don't just find wood like that everywhere
That's what she said.
Your videos are great I have a question though how many times or how often do you have to change the teeth on the harvester head?.--------
About every 500 hours of operation
What a great video. Hope the work keeps on coming for you guys. The 234 got a good workout. Stay safe
Enjoyed the vid. Coffee and doughnuts sound great.. You-all have A Happy New Year!
Happy new year have a good one from the Austin's
Happy New Year.. hope for better "freedom" to move about among family and friends.

Put me in coach I'm ready to play
Nice looking dozer and sleeping bull a bulldozer 😂😂😂😂
YES THOMAS! I WANT IN ON THIS!
Do y’all cut crest timber
No
Hi Thomas!!😀😀
You are not getting very good mileage out of the rollers. I got 8000 hours out of the original undercarriage on my harvester. I replaced everything except the top rollers and the top rollers now have a little over 12,600 hours on them. What you have to worry about up here in Wisconsin is having them freeze in place and get a flat spot on them. Then they are junk.
I'm not interested in the wood chips. I see way to many of them every day.
Happy New Year!!😀😀
Take care my friend!!😀😀
Logger Al
I’m sure you’re not traveling over 5 miles per shift like our track machine does.
@@CuttingEdgeLogging_Thomas I'm running pretty darn close to that every day Especially when I'm cutting second thinning.
@@CuttingEdgeLogging_Thomas I'm probably not running in the mud near as much as you do. I'm up on my brush mat almost all day and not on the dirt hardly at all.
I like Chips I'm in 😅
Hi Thomas, hello from Texas again
Great video. We would like a chance at the chips.
I want in on the wood chips!
Put me in
Hahaha! I know dozers are like a inside joke on this channel so I laughed!!
Michael better watch out drinking Red Bull and eating donuts he’ll be so hopped up on sugar that he will be at the back side of the job to pull another drag and his skidder will still be on the set. Happy new year to all of y’all and hope y’all had a Merry Christmas.
Do you guys have to get wide load permits to move skidded or remove dual or or dot look other way in LA
As long as we have a escort we are legal to move them with duals
I think the oxygen and carbon dioxide intake is part of the reason why they were stronger trees.
Give me that shit...lol
Me buddy
If the tree had 90 rings you had 3 to 4 years to it. You add those years to count for the center. Making the tree 93 to 94 years old.
me i want it
How many times a day does Michael get hit with the mic.
I was thinking the same thing. It would drive me nuts with that dancing in front of my face all day.
None that I know of
Swamp logger use Matt all time
"I want in" meeeeee pretty please
I want the lighter stump from that tree but I'll take some chips.
Me!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Yo
Hey
Lol just trolling and catching up on videos 👍
Me
I still win the giveaway Bro!
Hit me up
me please
If you ain't a road building logger then
I'm sorry to inform but you're only log pullers 😆😆😆😆😆😆
No, we’re smart loggers. Why do something extra for the same rate? Either they pay us or pay someone else or find a different tract to work 🤷🏻♂️
Pick me lol 😂
