Very useful video! But I have questions... How can I get a letter of release from my previous provider if they canceled my CoE? What if the previous provider does not want to give me letter of release?
Hi, I am Cindy. First, you should contact the student support services at your previous provider to request the Release Letter. If you have very convincing evidence about your problem, I am sure they will approve your request to release you. However, please note that you must finish 6 months of your study to be eligible to request the release letter. After your previous provider agrees to issue the release letter, you should obtain a new CoE from the same or a different institution if you still want to continue your studies in Australia. We couldn't help you get the release letter since we are not your agent in the first place. However, we may help you obtain a new CoE. I hope it helps. If you require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us!
Hello there! Thanks for your comment. Do you speak English please? If you haven't received your Australian CoE, you could make sure that you have accepted your Offer and arrange the necessary deposit shown in your Offer. I hope this helps
