If El Primo is allowed to have another brawler to use his gadget on, and Tick also gets another brawler to use his super on, then Piper should also be able to use her homing pistol gadget on an enemy brawler.

There was a no moving during attacks rule :( That would provide offset results for brawlers like colt, emz, Carl, etc. so we just avoided it altogether :/
I know im late and i said it before in a reply but just wanted to mention that Carl could have gotten so many more skulls if he moved until his super went out for real. (And not just Carl)
I’m aware of that but it adds too much of a variable with that, because realistically most brawlers would get more if they moved _perfectly_, like Colt using his super and running perpendicular to the row of skulls
I feel like you didn't push all brawlers to their potential. Fully using Janet's super instead of only one rocket, but standing still with carl seems kingd of unfair

But then her attack wont spread as wide and she'll clear fewer skulls overall
That is a good point! However, her wider cone Star Power will clear more _additional_ skulls than Master Blaster. Hope that helps!
