Love you Eleanor!!!
Your videos are literally the cure for COVID lockdown
hi eleanor :))
Hey I’ve been a fan for almost a year!
So you’re telling me he told people he wanted to be a *serial killer* as a dream career when he was older and no one reported it????
Yeah... As someone who went to his school, it's absolute shit. Some people could say things like that and others were sent to isolation for being 10 minutes late
He also once stole a knife from the food tec classroom
I mean, I used to tell people I wanted to conquer the world. I think people just assume you'll outgrow it
unfortunately a lot of comments like that are brushed off as being jokes
A lot of kids wouldn’t. They probably thought it was a joke, or were too afraid to say anything.
I'm autistic who's got a special interest in true crime, and i just cannot IMAGINE doing this. I also immediately clocked him as autistic, really upsetting that was missed his whole life, but i can relate. I also suffer from psychosis, SOMEONE shouldve paid more attention to him.
Idk this case really shook me up, i feel understanding, but what he did was so terrible that i dont care that much at the same time
My older brother also has psychosis and autism, when he’s aggressive / violent to us , I know he’s not in his right frame of mind, but when he comes down from the flurry of emotions he’s very visibly guilty and he’s very emotional and remorseful, this guy showed no remorse and knew to dispose of anything that made him look guilty, then he went and did it again, and then he went looking for a third victim. He’s definitely using his mental illness as an escape goat and I think it’s very very pathetic, he’s giving people who actually go through serious mental health episodes a bad name. I’m glad he got life with a minimum of 27 years
How did you clock him as autistic? Sorry im just curious
@@aryaslay715 Like how some people joke about having a 'gaydar' we autistics can sometimes just Tell. For me a few things that stuck out was just the way he dressed (like what you would call a stereotypical 'nerd' with the buzz cut and the thick glasses), the bullying--kids on the spectrum tend to be bullied, and the special interests. Also the way he processed his bullying; I remember when I was younger I coped with my ostracization by feeding some very dark thoughts of mine, and like him I also bullied other kids just to fit into a clique. I feel lucky I outgrew that phase and got into a much better place socially and mentally and I suppose this is where our paths diverged. I feel bad for him but there's no excuse for murder and it's obvious there was much more going on for him in the background than there was for me.
I also clocked him as autistic when Eleanor said he had an obsession with serial killers I was like “does he have autism?”
@@aryaslay715 he looks a little um yk
"he stayed in his bedroom, playing video games, watching movies. he barely go to school, he didn't have major group of friends."

LMAO SAME THO
Me: *feels called out" 😂😂
Right am the killer??? Oh shit
Same, she literally described me 😭
Me in middle school and high school....... and now..................
I went to the same school as James fairweather, he was in the year below me when he committed his murders, he told teachers and helpers in the school he wanted to commit a massacre at the school and he had apparently cut holes into his blazer to be able to keep his knife when he was at school! sooo scary
i don't believe u
Teachers are rarely helpful when it comes to this sorta thing.
I’m glad you are alright
@@anonkjvn yeah lol because there's no way on Earth he went to a school with multiple people that's just impossible 🙄
I'm very sorry, it must be traumatizing to know that a serial killer who was feared by almost everyone in the area and beyond went to the same school as you. Obviously, it put you all in so much danger and I can't imagine just how terrified everyone was when they finally figured out that he went to your school.
So if he “blacked out” how did he know it only took him 3 minutes to kill that man? Sounds like he was aiming for an insanity defense
Maybe but he literally was diagnosed with psychosis lmao
Also gloves and not using his favorite knives, but instead household knives he didn't mind getting rid of.
I mean yes if you go out to kill people, you do have a mental issue but the precautions are suspish...🤷
He was. Also if this was a psychosis why did he wear gloves and methodically pick his targets?
He was demon possessed...
@@tijanaself897 I'm a diagnosed psychotic with delusions and intrusive thoughts with both suicidal and homocidal intent. Blacking out and being a diagnosed psychotic have no connection, however having an uncontrollable psychotic break, which *he* claimed to have had, can lead to severe memory loss commonly _called_ a "blackout." This would still mean he wouldn't know how long it took to kill him. You've claimed to be undiagnosed so I recommend you take a step back, not to invalidate your illness but you're literally spreading misinformation with an unstable basis.
In the words of Bailey Sarian, get better idols!

really PISSES ME OFF when schools don’t take bulling seriously. Teachers and staff are probably seeing this bulling happening, taking no action or accountability, and then have the AUDACITY to write to the child’s parents “your child is a thug, sort them out please” when a lot of the time they’re also victims. If they had any sense of duty to their students, or bothered to step in and do their jobs a lot of cases like this could probably be prevented. This cycle needs to end.
Agreed. My little brother was relentlessly bullied as well as being abused at home by our dad and he went from a sweet kid who tried to mind hiss own business to there being deadly consequences. Too predictable.
Do you think you could put "part 1" "part 2" if it’s a multiple parter... in the title? It would help a lot. If not it's ok too haha 💜
I find it terrifying that he was telling people he wanted to be a murderer and nobody took steps to do anything about it!
Well, teenage boys are often weird - most probably thought that he was joking clearly referencing his interest in true crime :/

One of the creepiest things to me is that he doesn't look like a killer, imo. Like, in his first one or two pics, he looks like a typical millennial/gen z kid. You can't see the evil in his eyes.
Yh... its so weird to think someone so average looking could be capable of murder. You really have to be careful these days
Damn thats hella scary, someone who is younger than you killing just because they can
It’s terrifying
can you start putting part one and part two in the titles if you are going to continue doing the two parters?
Thank you
the term for Autistic people's 'obsessions' would be a special interest, hyperfixation is more of a term for people with other forms of neurodivergency like ADHD :^)
Yeah, special interest is the common term. I've also heard "autistic area of expertise," which I like more because it's less patronizing, but it's wordy, so I understand why people don't use it as much.
Noted, thank you!! :)
@@EleanorNeale hi :)
That sounds so stupid and infantile- cut the semantics. There's so much comorbidity with ADHD just call it a hyperfixation because that's what they are.
@@SobrietyandSolace it's a widely recognised term and is used by a huge amount of people on the spectrum. i appreciate i could've made a mistake but i've done research and it's the most common term. even if you think it's infantilising, many people with ASD like it and use it, and it is the most common. also i am literally neurodivergent myself so i'm trying to give an answer from the perspective of a ND person
You should do a video on the Luke Mitchell case. He was 15 when he was charged with Jodi Jones' murder with literally no evidence. He's still in jail 17 years later. This happened in Scotland
My nightly routine is playing Spyro or crash bandicoot on PS4 whilst listening to Elenor through my headphones and it’s a perfect combination and proper chills me out 💘
the two parters have me waiting all week
idk how I only just now discovered you, but you're my new favorite channel. your case coverage is so awesomely thorough for being short videos, and I absolutely love how you address any outlying issues. mental health, police corruption, effects on childhood, etc. plus you pump out videos like nobody's business and that's very admirable considering how much work goes into every single case. thank you so much for everything you do!!!
I was refreshing every few hours for the past few days and i know i’m not the only one. SO EXCITED!!
Eternally grateful, as a hard of hearing young person, that Eleanor’s videos are always really, really well subtitled. Thank you, Eleanor!! 🙏🏼
i’m autistic and psychotic and ive had a true crime and psychology special interest for like four or five years and in so many cases i always can tell the killer is probably autistic and psychotic and then its revealed that they are and im like 😟 it’s getting weird....
Eleanor always makes my day, been dying to see this part 2. The cliffhangers gurrrrl
I got diagnosed with autism when I was 23 years old it’s definitely hard to live with without knowing why you are like that.
Stay strong❤️
I learnt english watching Eleanor’s videos and sometimes I think about the fact that I don’t know some basic words in English but I know so many specific words related to murder / kidnapping / weapons
Sounds scary lol
"un unhealthy obsession with true crime" oops, couldn't be me.. *watches this channel all day*
So funny you mentioned his ASD diagnosis at the end. That's the first thing that popped in my head when you talked about his obsession with serial killers and watching the same documentaries over and over again.
I was diagnosed with ASD 19 and can definitely agree that it sucks to have such a late diagnosis

@Bambam Love im not saying all people who are bullied are going to be killers but it can help push them over the edge the fact that I'm saying don't bully and people are arguing with that is sad..... doesn't matter if all or just some bully don't do it.
@@user-tu9xs8fg4p you are a fine example of what not to be. I'm using her logic into other situations to show how stupid it is.
Always worries me when I hear a killer has an obsession with true crime when this is probably the 500th true crime video I have watched this week alone 🤔🤨
'He had undiagnosed autism all his life.'
Me: [grew up being bullied all through school, is also autistic, and also loves true crime] ... Welp, didn't see that coming. >_>
All jokes aside though, the only things I kill are spiders. Or characters in games or stories. I've always been in favour of people using their obsessive attention to detail and such sometimes associated with the condition for good, not evil. One of the reasons I loved L from Death Note growing up - SO many autistic behaviours in one character, who happens to be a badass detective.

somebody's hating self was real ready to dislike
Fr like what was the point🙂
Im like 99% sure its either a bot or a misclick when the dislike is there as soon as the video is uploaded.
I wish that a little text box would appear when one dislikes a video, that will give the person an (anonymous) way of explaining with a couple of sentences _why_ they disliked the video. That would give smaller creators the opportunity for growth as well as legitimising the dislike as genuine, instead of just being a "hater".
In any case, UA-cam will see a like and dislike as equal engagement with the video when it comes to promoting the video on the platform. If somebody was a "smart hater" they would just avoid watching the entire thing and would avoid pressing either like or dislike. ^^
When Eleanor said "Need to watch the English eyeball killer, ill leave it over here in the I" i started laughing so hard im sorry!! 🤣🤣🤣
It’s kind of funny that he was so desperate to be well known / famous and then there’s me, someone who lives about 20 mins from Colchester and has an interest in true crime, who has never even heard of this boy 😂
Today just couldn't get any better now, Eleanor's uploads are peak highlight of any day
So, I have autism, I was diagnosed as an adult. We call those sort of interests our "special interest" it can be anything, stereotypes are trains, and mathematics, sciences. But it can be most anything. I believe that might be what made Fairweather focus so much on serial killers.
Hi! I love your channel,
Can you look into the murder of Sarah Everard, this is a very recent case which has made very recent shocking discoveries but is still ongoing however, I thought it will be a very good case to look at especially as it’s one in the UK.
I've had the worst weekend ever and it's so nice to just lean back and listen to you 🥺
having a murderer in your school is hella scary
I can’t believe he kept wearing the same coat and kept hiding in the bushes after being seen, I wonder if he subconsciously wanted to be caught.
Just a Q: but couldn’t you call the 2 part videos “Video title part 1” and “same video title part 2” - as these videos are two parters - but different names of the videos. Sorry if I’m being pedantic 😂 Now I’ll go and watch part one - as i didn’t know this was part 2. 😬😅
it's a reasonable expectation or request not pedantic at all!

I remember these murders from when I was at uni, third year. They did not tell us all the details, but I remember we started walking to and from uni in groups to stay safe. We lived only a few streets away from where the second victim was attacked

Hi autistic teenager with psychosis here, i cant stress enough how important help and medication is from an early age with this combination
I love her videos I’ve been binge watching for a week now 😅
Nobody has covered a local homicide. It was quite a shock here. A 19 year old -Vadim Misiruk murdered at 17 year old boy in a local park with a huge gaping wound on his neck. He later went and got a piece of flesh from his victim. Same person attacked police previously and had a quite interesting history.
Okay I now feel extremely paranoid as I love true crime I watch it on UA-cam and on sky omg are the police coming for me 😂
Don’t know if this is a good suggestion or not, he is not a killer, but I’ve been researching this man for a while. His name is R Kelly and he was an r&b singer. No pressure, just a suggestion.
There was a whole documentary on him.

I used to studied abroad in Hong Kong and one night I was watching a horror/crime film with my dad. He told me that movie was kind of based on a true crime that happened in Macau (a small island neighbour to Hong Kong). Everyone in Hong Kong and Macau have heard of it at some point in their lives including the film adaptation. It's the
Eight Immortals Restaurant murders and the film adaptation is The Untold Story.
This guy was smart enough to avoid leaving any evidence, basically got away with two murders for a year despite being taken in for questioning, but he wasn't smart enough to just stop wearing the jacket that had been publicly advertised as a lead...
Yeah - weird :D If he was afraid of his parents’s suspicion or reaction when he stopped wearing it an “accident” could have happened to it. E.g. he could have tripped and ripped it, or a washing machine accident, etc.
Can you please cover the missing unsolved case of Nan Dixon? I can't find much videos on her. And if I do they don't go full into detail. And missing cases really get me interested. But if you can I would love too see you cover a video about her

Really would like you to cover the Kenneth Parnell /Steven stayner case, it's an older case but so sad and interesting all at the same time x
I’m autistic myself and all the time after she was talking about his story I was thinking “okay, when is she going to say he was autistic?”. Of course, most of us would never do something like this (in fact, we’re usually the victims of violent crimes, insted of the perpetrators, like you said yourself) but I think it was quite apparent by the fact that he had a good childhood and suddenly for no apparent reason, everything started to go down when he went to high school, this happens to most of us who go undiagnosed during childhood and everyone is like “what happened? I don’t understand”, of course most of us don’t resort to murder, but self harm and even suicide instead. Autism doesn’t cause anyone to murder or commit violent crimes, he obviously had some other serious issues, but to me it was quite apparent by the way you described it
Don’t think I’ve ever clicked a notification so fast
It would really help people like me (who just discovered your channel and currently binge-watching your videos) if you can put the link of the part 1/2/3 on the description or comments for cases with multiple parts. 😁
maybe when he chose the eyes to specifically target each time bc he was bullied for his glasses all his life. it could have been a subconscious thing that he did as some sort of “revenge”
At some point would you cover Sarah Everards case? Maybe after we have a few more answers
Reminds me of the Parkland shooters arrest, he immediately went "oH iT wAs ThE vOiCeS" when it was clear his idea of psychosis was learned from the internet in order to get a lesser sentence
Eye stuff gives me the creeps.
You should put Pt 2 (original video name) as the title. I didn’t realize this was part 2
DONT YOU WATCH HER VIDEOS FROM THE LAST VIDEO YOU WATCHED OR WHEN THEY COME OUT wow your crazy 🤭
I think the fact that he was sat waiting in a Bush when to witness walked past and he moved on to another Bush when the police caught him 100% shows its not frenzied as he is waiting and aware of what he is about to do xx
It's so creepy that I lived at the time a 5 min walk from where the first murder happened (I took my son to the exact same part of the park every day) and my sister lived a 13 min walk from where the 2nd murder happened
as someone with mental health issues who's currently on antipsychotics, it makes me so angry to hear stories about people faking psychosis to get out of murder...

I have autism and I got diagnosed at 16. My entire life I had a barrier and was different but I could never figure out why until I was diagnosed. I just want to say that the way he did it makes perfect sense to me. Not saying what he did was right but it is what I’d expect. Also I had a massive interest in serial killers for a long time before eventually getting bored and going off them more (obviously still watch your videos though) and there are things that any normal person would’ve gotten bored of but I haven’t yet. But seriously though, autism isn’t negative. It isn’t violent but it is an explanation as to the way he did stuff.
Something I’ll share from personal experience. Becuase of the barrier, some people desperately want something they’ll never have. Neurodiverse people have struggles with making friends which makes it hard when you watch all of these movies with best friends and you’ve never had that because you’re different. I’ve idolised the true love and the best friends for life trope but it’s something that I don’t think I can achieve the same.
He’s a horrible person and should never have done what he did, but I am able to understand the way he probably struggled becuase I know what it feels like.
If the word "twerking " is officially in the dictionary, then the word memorabilia is definitely the right word to use lol. Im addicted to your videos Eleanor. All I watch is true crime stories, mostly yours. It's funny cuz I was thinking about something you had mentioned. I spent 5 years in high-school cuz high-school is from grade 8 to 12 when I was in it. And all 5 years I took many many different types of law classes as I wanted to become a lawyer, in fact I was even able to make it into law school. This is exactly why we should never give serial killers such cool names like ‘the Yorkshire Ripper’ but instead something like ‘Fairweather the Failure’
It would also make true crime video titles way better...
I've always thought that. especially in cases like Dennis Rader, he CHOSE his own nickname and WANTED to be called that, and the media gave him exactly what he wanted. I always refer to him as his name rather than his chosen nickname cause it's just disgusting to me.

My real grandad met the Yorkshire ripper whilst he was killing ( not in the act like in the time he was doing them ) because they worked at the same lorry company
He was bullied in school, he was probably teased for his glasses. The eye stabbing could be the manifestation of years of being bullied for his imperfect eyes.

Kid: Gets brutally bullied, brings knives to school, openly talks about murder
Teachers: *I will pretend I didn't see that*
@Catboy Jin True. But what about the bullying? It doesn't sound like they did much about that. And if the parents aren't really doing anything and the kid is getting worse, they could have called the parents to come to school for a talk, report them for possible neglect etc. It seems like he was just really failed by the adults around him.
@Catboy Jin It's also very difficult for a school to get on top of persistent bullying, I went through it for a few years and eventually had to move schools after countless meetings and interventions from the staff and parents. I'm 33 now so hopefully the support system is better now, but yeah it's a sad truth, not much parents and staff can do without escalating things or getting in really early.
Oh but as soon as they see a girls shoulders all hell breaks loose

when she says, "unhealthy obsession", she didn't mean binge watching all of her videos. Just so you know, don't worry. As long as you aren't doing any of those things then you'll be fine. Now if you are,, uh,, get some help maybe- :D
THANK YOU, I'm so tired of people claiming that they're "crazy" cause they binged true crime. I'm actually quite similar to this killer [in terms of mental illness] and I also hyperfixate on murderers very close to the extent that he did (besides collecting things due to money, I also only write abt what I think their motive was and why) and I HATE when people act like listening to true crime a little more than usual means "OMG I MUST BE A CRAZY PSYCHO KILLER." In fact, I hate when people act like liking something even a little means it's a hyperfixation. Like, no Jan, I'm autistic and have intrusive thoughts every time I hold a sharp, I'm not your quirky edgy tiktok eboy-boyfriend who wears chains and all black. I am the cool kid from Germany making videos for the USA and the rest of the world. I will make your day so don't say nay to my videos today, dear ems
@@AxxLAfriku your videos look scary but I can't say nay 😟😟😟😟😟😟
@@AxxLAfriku keep it up king
No kidding.
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 “Because he[b] loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”
I just want to say that Eleanor acknowledging that us Autistic people are far more likely to be the victims of violent crime rather than the perpetrators, in some way means so much. We are often seen to be violent and emotionless, when in reality many of us actually feel emotions far more intensely than neurotypical people but we express our emotions very differently. We aren't all potential murderers, or "children trapped in adult bodies", we're just people trying to live our lives happily.
But want to add the brutal life that autistic person who wasnt diagnose can actually cause them to act violent. So yeah. I kinda see where it come from. I am myself being late diagnose, most of the time Im kinda fed up on the fact why it happened to me again and again and why do I need to hold on that? Basically being bullied, blamed, called out by names, etc. Even to level people think i am deserve it because of my weirdness. Yeah I can see where it the eager of killing come from. But yeah again autism arent violent just it can take note there and not an excuses to kill someone but just something people should know how autistic person live their life.
Ironically it was people bullying me for my Asperger's that made me act violent. At the time, I didn't know that I had it (neither did they, I was just perceived as a freak for being different). So a lack of understanding, led to a lack of coping mechanisms.
Then in my young adult years, I was so tired of being bullied, I'd lash out if anyone said anything. The sad thing is.. I realise now, that my behaviour further perpetuated the negative stigma towards us autistic people.
Being on the high functioning end of the spectrum, now I feel I have a responsibility to show that we are just people, struggling with ourselves essentially. Because others further down the spectrum can't communicate as well as I can.
Exactly
@@NukaCookies im dealing all of this with my 7y/o son who just started his first grade this fall. My son has been diagnosed with Aspergers and ADHD, last summer, but were still waiting to get any actual support for him at school. He doesnt really cope there with people and out of frustration, he lashes out to people, says and does things he doesnt really mean, its looks like he is really just struggling to be.. him.. And on top of that, other kids are super harsh on anyone whos even slighty different. I just need to pray that we're able to find him the right kind if support and even medication so that he could actually start enjoying going to school and start participating in there.. It feels too unfair to see child this young, struggle in things that other take for granted.😔
Wait I'm a gnome as well, neurotypicaln't gnome gang
Eleanor: “If you didn’t catch part one it’s called the “English eyeball killer”. I’ll put it up here in the ‘i’”
Me: hehe “eye”
Same 🤣🤣🤣
This is too funny
Thank gods im not the only one. I found it funny
Ok off topic, but can we just take a moment to appreciate the work and effort into Eleanor’s eyeliner? It’s literally flawless 😩

Woke up at 2PM today...
Lmao nice
I'm watching her video hangovered af hahaha
also another sign he’s guilty, a person in an uncontrollable psychotic episode wouldn’t put gloves on as a forensic counter measure beforehand
I don’t click on anyone’s videos faster than Eleanor’s
AHAH MEE
Same I-
Me too. I also 💘 Kendall Rae too
I was eating food with my family so i couldn't go on it straight away
@@boomboy850 I literally left my family to go watch this😭😭
I wonder if his eye thing has to do with eye contact. A lot of autistic people are uncomfortable with eye contact. Just a thought.
That was my first thought too. Maybe didn't want them to watch him as they died
My older sister is on the spectrum and she hates eye contact or any large type of attention really so I honestly thought of the same thing
But ....remember the woman that got away? She said they held eye contact right?
@@kathleen_00 Probably, his psychosis. Plus, he didn't kill her. He could have.
Yeah, plausible
Am I the only one who finds it confusing that it doesn’t mention in the title when it’s part one or two?
......finally, I thought I was the only one
We were informed of a power cut so I just went on a download spree....and I accidently downloaded part 2 of a vid uwu
Totally agree.... It should be named the samed title, Part 1 and Part 2. Simple 👌
*same
Yes i was looking for the second part to this and couldn't find it because i wasnt expecting the different name.
@@britnysnyder4991 lol same
Eleanor neale talking about how he was obsessed with true crime:
Me who watches her channel all the time: 😳😬
Sketch..
I was looking for this comment! 😂🥰 I knew I couldn't be the only one. 👀🤔
I feel like theres a difference in a healthy interest and intrigue w true crime, and being OBSESSED to the point of wanting to join the killers.
I listen to true crime all the time lol
I mean, you don't idolize killers or follow in their footsteps.... at least I hope so
