Our distribution automation system for The Okinawa Electric Power Company |Interview

In this video, we interviewed the Okinawa Electric Power Company about the introduction of our Distribution Automation System.
We show how our system is helping to strengthen the supply of electricity in Okinawa.
The Okinawa Electric Power Company faced the following challenges:
(1)‘Strengthening the linkage between multiple systems’ within the main island of Okinawa
(2)‘Sharing systems on remote islands’ such as Miyako and Ishigaki with the main islands
In response to these challenges, our distribution automation system reduced the burden
on the power distribution commanders and improved the safety of restoration workers.
This system has enabled rapid restoration from power outrages throughout Okinawa prefecture.
