Like how he works both sides to prevent bunching on the long stretches. Normally requires two or three dogs to manage the flanks and keep the herd moving that fast. Yes, he drifted forward and cut through the line of cattle once, but for 13 months he's top-notch.
@@readytogo6569 In my view, Dagley has the sense really good farming people have. Animal Husbandry. I had an uncle like him also, so I recognize Dagley's "skill". He knows how to handle any animal, and especially dogs. I've seen other Hanging Tree dogs people have and they're always good, but not at the level of Dagley primarily because of his training and "handling" ability. I'd imagine he's also breeding his beef the same way.
Do u have puppies that u train and sale I am buying a 18 acore farm whit 30beef cattle I like to have the dogs to bring the cattle out of the paster to the trailer just me and my son it would make it a hell lot easier to move my cattle so please if u let me know I like 2 of them

Old school and high tech, what a way to ranch. Lol

Just gets it done. What a hand!
G'day, as you said it wasn't perfect but remember Laddie is still in training and i believe he did a good job, thanks for sharing :)
Great job. If I tried moving a herd of young stock without a good four legged helper, they would be every where!!!!
Wonderful job !
Looking good!
Wow 👏
I haven’t heard the term 'bangs' for many years. Not at all common in the UK. (Bangs is a term for brucellosis)
For 13 months he’s doing great! 🏆 How long did that take in real time?
Probably around 30 minutes.
@@dagleyranch Wow! I appreciate so much how you bring the dogs along in their training, enhanced by the wonderful genetics you’ve built upon.
