I might have an issue in Inibuilds' A320Neo... whenever I flew the A320Neo especially on low speed (about below 250kts), it will wobble like crazy during AP in use. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Other than that, this jet worked like charm.
As for all the other tutorials in this series, this is an amazing one, quick and straight to the point. A quick question is, where do I go to find out the barometric minimums of a certain airport, or the minimum safe altitude etc.?
Hi, you can find both on the approach chart. Thank you so much for your nice words!
@@A330Driverwhere can I find the approach chart? Sorry for so many questions this is the first airliner I’m learning to fly
Great video Capt. very helpfull. Capt. Where do you get that "minumum" number baro 550?, I have on sight ILS RWY24 EDDK chart and for cat C planes is 535 feet.
I would also love to know how to find the baro number for any airport. I can't seem to figure it out at all 😂
@@noahlong125 @nibaldosoto6323 This comes from the ILS chart for the runway and ILS procedure that you are using. If you pull the chart from Skyvector and go to the bottom you will see something like "DA(H) 255' (201')" which indicates the decision altitude and decision height in feet. Depending on your landing category you would use one or the other. For a Cat-III approach you would use a DH of 201 in the "Radio" field of the PERF APPR page to specify the radio altimeter height of 201 feet AGL.
@@peteallennh Thank you so much for the reply. Your help is much appreciated 🙏
would have been helpful if you explained how to find the baro altitude thing..
Exactly! I am flying different route. I dont know how to obtain that and there is no explanation...
@@jackdaw556 I'm looking for it too.
From what I understand you can find it on the airport approach charts. The values are called MDA(H).
The BARO value is the MDA one (Minimum distance altitude, it's the distance above the sea). The RADIO value is the MDH one (Minimum distance height, it's the distance above the ground).
As an exemple for LOC Y on LFJL that I often use, the values (in feet) are 1300(440). That makes 396(134) in meters.
So the BARO value would be : 396, and the RADIO one : 134.
@@Nico-ep2qi Nice! Thank you for the explanation
Thank you! =)
Hello, im following this series, and it help me a lot, i meange to do basically everything, from cold and dark to cruise level, then i will start learning descent approach and landing, but i have 2 main problem:
1:
no issue while taxing, big problem when felx and TO trhust is set, airplane start to pull on right, and i can not keep it on center line of rwy, try to compensate with rudder but it dosen’t work (i take off from grass 🤣🤣)
2:
While climb, AP master disconnect a couple of time, and im 100% sure i did not press any button, + it appear ad error message on press page (ECAM) and under the voice CAB ALT i have a red number (equal to my CRZ FL in this case 35.000ft) it seems like some kind of issue/problem with pressurization, i dunno why, i just follow everything step by step, if someone could help me with this would be amazing, btw just for info im not a new simmer, i use to fly Aerosft a319 on fsx some years ago, and i did it for years so
Anyone have issues with the airspeed slowly creeping up? I have it set at the managed speed but it moves up no matter what I do.
If you fly fenix a320, would you use the fenix calculator or the simbrief one?
Do you have any interest flying the A320 in the real world? Just watched a video with pilots from SAS and that crew were alternating between A320/A321 and A350. Pretty cool that they are allowed to fly a range of different aircrafts, within the Airbus family.
Just to clarify descent mode activation. You are in "managed" mode, and need to press the alt mode button to select "managed" again? I am currently selecting "commanded" mode by pulling or pressing "down" on the altitude mode selector, I then press up or select managed again to continue the managed descent profile! Selecting managed twice isn't how I am currently doing it. (737 simmer!)
how do you know wot BARO to put in !!
In the aproach page, in the MCDU how did you know that the barometric was 550?
Check the approach chart.
@@A330Driverand where would we find that?
The info about checking your vertical deviation on prog page was very timely. I'm following along but using different route (and the Fenix), and it came in handy. Pretty cool to watch the plane catch up with the profile too.
What is the range of good DES CABIN RATE?
I think the VDEV figure is modelled in the Experimental version of the FBW A32NX.
Once again, the background information is also very interesting!
@A330 Driver how do i find eng out acc? is it in navigraph charts or is it based on the plane and calculated
Hi, that's included in the company specific documents you recieve. In all airlines I've flown for it was in the takeoff performance calculator.
I'd recommend blackbox711's airport briefings to find such information.
Thank you so much for the help also these are the best tutorials I’ve seen for flight sim 2020
Did I miss a part 5?
fixed now, it was just wrong numbers.
Thank you 😊
