Open the Adjustments Panel: Go to the menu bar at the top of Photoshop. Select Window > Adjustments. This will open the Adjustments panel if it's not already visible. Using Preset Adjustments: In newer versions of Photoshop, there are preset adjustments available under the Filters or Adjustments sections. These include options like Cinematic, Black and White, and Creative effects. Go to Image > Adjustments to manually apply adjustments like Black and White or other creative adjustments.
