I have known Aga Syed Ruhullah for many years now. He is a very soft-spoken man with a very kind heart. Moreover he is very fearless, he sometimes criticises his own party men when they fail to speak on critical issues. I feel so proud to see him in the Indian Parliament now. It's also important to mention that the Speaker Om Birla is being very disrespectful. But I am also sure that he will even make his opponents fall in love with his behaviour. ❤

@@shriaaravji That's the problem with you guys, you don't use your brain to process things. What he meant was the passage of bills. Of course which person in J&K doesn't know the fact that BJP used hours and hours of Parliament's time in discussing the merits of Article 370's abrogation. What Aga Syed meant was you passed the bill without healthy discussion and taking the voices of opposition into consideration. The MPs of J&K weren't spared time to speak against the bill.

I tell you realty of article 370
Article 370 of the Indian Constitution is a provision that granted special autonomous status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The "secret" of Article 370 refers to the unique arrangement made for Jammu and Kashmir, which was not applicable to any other state in India.
Article 370 stated that:
- The Constitution of India would apply to Jammu and Kashmir only in certain specified areas, such as defense, foreign affairs, and communications.
- The state would have its own constitution, flag, and autonomy over internal affairs.
- The Central government would need the concurrence of the state government to apply any laws or provisions to Jammu and Kashmir.
This provision was included in the Constitution to recognize the special circumstances and history of Jammu and Kashmir, which had a princely ruler at the time of Indian independence.
However, on August 5, 2019, the Indian government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi revoked Article 370, stripping Jammu and Kashmir of its special status and dividing the state into two Union Territories: Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh.
