No it ain't but Jenna said that Breakdown was only going to be a single because it was meant to give the fans a taste of what their new album is going to be like. Which from the sounds of things, It is going to be amazing. I cant listen to The Ocean yet though because SME crap means I cant watch it in the UK :(
