Went by this place last weekend with intention of getting one of the 2 vehicles reviewed in his video. he listened to my needs and even offered me something for my trade, I didn't purchase one of these but did wind up getting what I actually needed based on his recommendations, if you're close to his shop stop by. Excellent customer service and knowledge. Highly recommend this place!

I like The looks of the Axis better and it seamed way quieter but I liked the Bighorn bench seat, LED lights and the windshield. As of now in my area the Axis is $700 cheaper. Thanks, this video made up my mind. Axis it is. =)

We haven't had very many problems with the newer units yet. The older units had some injector problems because there were no fuel filters, but they have since corrected that.

I have a bighorn explorer 400 just like the one in the video. It is jerky on takeoff and sometimes grinds and jumps when I put it in gear. I’m wondering if the engine idle is too high. Can you tell me the rpm at idle on the one you have?

Just bought the Axis 500 and love it. Unfortunately, I could only get it from Lowes (did get a great discount from being military). It only came as it was and as I got it home, it had no real paperwork (warranty, owners manual, maintence, etc...), and was missing the tools that were supposed to be in it! Contacted Texas and they sent the PDF for the warranty and manual, but waiting on info on tool kit! Great machine. Next challenge is to find a legit mechanic. (I live in NW Florida, and there are lots of machines up here, so it shouldn't be too hard to find one).

I just bought an Axis 750 crew. Ran great first 10 hours . Now it runs rough, sputters if I go above 5mph- and yes, I have both the drivers and passenger seat belt buckled. Any ideas what is wrong? Starts right up, idles fine but runs poorly. I only use 91 octane ethanol free gas, checked spark plug, it looks good and not fouled.

      Jessie,
I really hate to hear you're having issues. He needs to contact the store he bought the machine from, they sometimes have return policies. You may also contact your local Hisun Dealer to see if they can help. Not all dealers service machines from the big box stores but it wouldn't hurt to ask. I can also give you Hisun's contact numbers if you can't get any resolution. Where are you located?

I see the BigHorn, Mossimo, Hisun, TBoss and MANY other names/models on different websites and they look like they are all the same thing with interchangeable grill logos. None of the specs match from model to model and website to website. Your video is a nice review but I can go to another channel with the exact same looking side by side but a completely different make, model and specs. Please explain this. I understand these are made in China and shipped to you with some assembly required. I'm cool with that. What I'm not cool with is paying $8,000 for something on-line and just keep my fingers crossed that it is what I thought I ordered. The make, model, specs are over the place on every website. Could you explain the process? Who makes what? At this point, regardless of what your channel says, I assume BigHorn and Mossimo are the same kinda like GM and Chevey or maybe one is a cheap knock of the other. I don't know because this whole no-name brand market is too confusing. I'll pay a few grand extra to get a Kawasaki or Polaris just because I understand the market better and know exactly what I'm getting even though I would prefer one of these.

    • @Mattastic-dp9vo

The Massimo and T-boss are the exact same machine made by Linhai. The Axis has the Hisun engine but that's all, it's built by a third party. The Hisun Sector is a completely different machine hands down, minimal problems and great reliability. Always remember buy from a local dealer and not the big box stores.

Bucket seats are an automatic NOPE, but why are both of them, and ATVs in general, so loud? Whether it's better intakes and exhaust or more sound deadening, there have to fairly easy ways to make them noticeably quieter. I own a tree farm and my parent's have one and a cabin an hour away. Every year when new models come out I check the local Kubota, Polaris, and Yamaha dealers and the result is always the same. FAR TOO LOUD. Guess I'll keep using old Jeeps instead.
