I’ve used minoxidil myself and it definitely works. I had a full goatee before. Thick and full. But it would not grow on the sides except for the middle of my cheeks. Now I have a full beard. I took time. About 6 months before I could see noticeable change but it worked. And the best part is you don’t have to keep using it. Once you have the desire results you can stop. I havnt used minoxidil in about 2 years now.

Now to the second part, During extreme weight lifting & workouts your heart rate again goes up which i think is something even a petty troll would know? i hope so, else you can waste your time on whatsapp nobody gives a single damn bout your existence anyways. In recent time most of the gym dea*hs you might've heard of were due to excessive workouts & steroid usage, but the thing common between all was Cardiac Arrest or Heart Attacks. So if beard oil is affecting blood flow & heart rate, dont you think it'd double the pressure u already having through a heavy workout? Which might double the effect, thats why i asked it.
