As with anything windows: BLOW IT OUT of your PC, every single driver and app, and reinstall. or, since it's not only SAI, maybe it has to do with tablet drivers, or pen worn out and has something not working properly, there are about a dozen things that can be wrong all at the same time. maybe some debree is caught up in the sensors.
