There's something called "manoeuvring speed" (the yellow arc on the speedometer) below which a pilot can make any type of full deflection of the controls safely without risking damage to the aircraft.
Jerzy, what glider are you flying? It has a vey crisp and rapid roll rate so I assume a much reduced wing span. No it doubt accounts for the lack of adverse yaw for such deep aileron input?

I flew with him in 1993 in the Fox, very impressive....

I wouldn’t buy that glider from him without a complete overhaul.
this glider g-limit is +11g and -7g, so I don’t think complete overhaul is necessary😉
When you do glider acrobatics, you carry a parachute with you. Just in case. 🤣

That's a solo Fox. Only one produced. Fox with one cockpit a functional landing gear.
