    so excited to hear you'll be running the marathon in my hometown!! do you have the reference for the vest you were wearing on the long run??😘

      oh that's so cool that you're from Barcelona :) I can't wait - I've never been but I am SO excited to run there & explore the city 😍
      I used the KIPRUN running backpack 5 liter from Decathlon (comes with a 1 L hydration bladder which I took out though). it offers a lot of space to hold your phone, gels and also some soft flasks :)

    Love watching these kinds of videos. Not sure if i missed it but how are you fuelling during your runs 😊

      thank you 🙂I showed in a couple of videos how I fuel during my long runs but not in detail I think. I usually take a gel every 30-40 mins or sometimes those fruit pouches if I want it a little more natural haha

      I think it's great! :) especially for beginners to have some references and ideas how to structure a training plan. It is my third time using it and I adjusted the ''16 weeks Marathon Advanced level training plan'' to my fitness/running level.
