Now isn't that just logically defying? First of, the two center plates are not connected unless the washers are shorting them to the all thread. So next you see he put elesctical tape on the all thread to appear to insulate the all thread from the stand he made.So walla he now has continuity through all the plates and the all thread. Hey that makes one side of the conductor, lets just call that positive.+. So now you can see the plates, the wires and the all thread are now positive. He then adds another wire to the metal frame he made....duh, seems to still be all positive...unless of course the tape really did insulate the all Thread. That being the cas wher did he get a negative voltage to go through the metal frame......something hidden eh!
