Like this version of the track so much more than the previous one. The rapping voice is so much more clear, the intro is much better and matches with the theme , transitions as well. Didnt think i would say this but rise and fall might be one of your better tracks now. Also you being able to realise the exact things to improve makes me even more confident that you will win gbb.
for me this round is not only a headbanger but it's executed perfectly. i get that there are many people making this style of music and that as a judge it can be boring to listen to ist over and over again. i can relate to that, i don't like most pop songs on the radio and sometimes i literally think that two songs are actually the same one. but you still have to give credit for how well the song is made and can't place somebody lower just because he produces the same style as someone else.
I think this will be a learning point for GBB, that it's probably much better to eliminate the extremes in voting. Either to take the median instead of mean, or to remove the highest/lowest votes for each participant among all judges Haven't seen the judge sheets yet but that's the only possible explanation here. No reason for you to not be in, except one judge just murdering your score
I love the looping community, I love all our loopers, and I love loopstation music. Everyone has different techniques, styles, and skill levels. When I watch SyJo... it's different, it's like he's in his own league. He plays the loopstation like it really is an instrument, like he plays the piano. You see the complexity he puts into each song, you hear layers upon layers of sound design. This is my favorite track on Drams & Monsters and MAN, SyJo, you delivered! And time for a positivity only analysis from a non-looper: I really like the pitch increase. Again, I’m not much of a nightcore person… but it’s impressive how your voice can go so high. This is a great track! The beginning of the video had GREAT acting. 2nd place German looper but 25th place in GBB wildcards is pretty heavy, but you’re still amazing (you’re in my top 5 loopers if not number 1). Just this bit alone is super catchy 1:04. 1:40 Love the reverb. 1:55 is when the atmosphere is starting to get set 2:18 The lyrics are so motivational. 2:44 The drop here is great. The lyrics at this part are so badass. It would make more sense if you were battling someone (as you’ve used this track against Kaos in GBC 22 I think) 3:25 This right here is my second favorite part of the track. The build up before the drop plus the drop itself. 👌🏾 4:12 This. This right here is what sells it. I love the way you ended this track! Also good luck on your ranking for the second round!😊
