As a fellow-Canto speaker this video was really heartwarming and so touching. I've been following you guys for years and saw the blood, sweat, and tears you put into making your videos, I saw the progress in your videos but also knew how hard it would be to tell your parents you've quit your corporate jobs to take a chance on a dream. Asian parents aren't necessarily dreamers so everything in this video really hit close to home. But the fact that you guys were able to buy a beautiful home is truly one of the first steps in an Asian parents' eyes that you've "made it". I also laughed at the part where Edward said "proud" in English at 11:09 - if you're an ABC or CBC growing up in a Chinese-speaking household you know we don't learn these kinds of words or ever hear them!! lol

the feng sui thing is spot on tho, my mom also said the same thing towards me and had put a mirror which she brought from a temple shop, directly at where the cars are coming to aim at my head which is where im sleeping.
i bought a bunch of furniture from rove concepts, and most of it was good, but they sent a broken couch (which they discounted), mismatched chairs (the stain was wildly different on one of the same chairs), and the right side of my bed it creaky. Overall it's affordable decent quality but i'd say it's on par with pottery barn and a step below RH or DWR.
it’s a crazy of u 3 the idea to start this channel and put it as a full time work. can see a lot of efforts behind it. especially growing up in asian family. see the struggles and the hard work. it’s so great to see u guys become more success and success and success.❤
