WOW! I hardly recognized the place! I LOVE the library! Is that part an extention to the original building? So unique and so nice to see it decorated in something other than red brick! Very creative! 🤩
Thank you Cavalier Lady!!! The extensions are (from front to back) the library and outer seating area off the lounge and everything left of the dining area downstairs and the ensuite upstairs 😁
Oh my goodness Ataraxis! Is this really the oldport warehouse? 😱😱 You are an absolute genius. The extended part where the library/office area is so clever! I really envy you for the fact that you could flip my fav house of all houses. For some weird reason, I could never flip this house cause I'd come back to weird walls/windows disappearing the next day. >_< But with that said, you did an amazing job on this one. Bravo. 😁👏
Thank you so much Karoru Chan 🥰 I just had a hankering to flip a double height space again and this one is more manageable than dealing with the whole Castle again! Such a pain that you have difficulty with this one - I had exactly the same problem you describe with one of the HGTV houses. I NEVER manage to do an entire flip in one session so that was a LOT of work to redo 😓
@@KaroruChan the best one I’ve seen so far was Selma G’s 13th floor apartment - she didn’t notice at the time but when you watch her video she’s got an entire lawn floating outside her window 😅🤣
@@KaroruChan I misremembered - it's her Model Apartment ua-cam.com/video/SQ2w5-3aykQ/v-deo.html at about 3.06 looking out onto what I assume is the 13th Floor building. I honestly don't know which to choose between this and my game when I placed mirrors that reflected the exterior of AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FLIP for my favourite bug 🤣🤣🤣
I love this! I really wanted to use this property as a build for a character of mine, but was struggling to try and turn it into a 4 bedroom (granted small rooms). I tried extending the lower floor to under the balconies, but didn't think to try extending the sides. I'll have to go back and give the warehouse another try for that build and see if it gives that little bit of extra space I needed. Thank you for the idea 😊 ETA: what's the trick to placing the second floor? I keep seeming to get blocked by something...
Thank you so much!!! The second floor, like yours, doesn’t actually reach the side of the house properly - I had to cheat a bit. I added two doorways directly opposite each other and put a couple of workshop wall ‘sliders’ on either side of the empty space to make a linking corridor. Then I got some workshop ceiling tiles to patch the roof. I added some poles at the front and back of the facade to hide the gaps! You can also use some of the newer door arches to fill the gaps between the two doorways. I hope this helps!
Thanks Hotshot!! You know, if you have the two relevant DLC's (Luxury for the Port Warehouse level and Farm for the DIY building tool) you should give it a go! Just slap up the extensions, keep referring back to this video as you decorate and you'll end up with something that's a mix of my ideas and your own inspiration. It can't hurt to try 😉😅
All of this is beyond beautiful!! I am amazed at your creativity & style! 😍
Thank you Moon 🥰 I just wanted to see how this flip would work out with an extended foot print ☺
Wow!!!! This is perfect!!!! Love it so much!!!! Love the extended areas!! ❤❤❤❤
Thank you Laurinha!!! I think this just works better with more floor area - after all, a warehouse should be big, right? 😅😅😅
Ooooh, so cool. It almost looks like a fancy house filmed in black and white :)
I don't know why but I just *really* like doing the dark interiors in this game ☺
WOW! Amazing! Very good work! I love everything but the view of the yacht in particular (1:30) 😍
It was a really lucky coincidence 😅
Brilliant ! BRAVO BRAVO My Dear!!!
Thank you adorable kitty 🥰🥰🥰

How did you extend the house?
The ability to build your own house/extension came with the Farm DLC
AMAZING job!!! I want to try it, but dont even know where to start! Way to go!
