- You can easily create beautiful effects with a paste. It's easy and a lot of fun. But which structure paste is the right one? You need a paste that is easy to work with, that won't tear if you don't want it to. With which you can make high structures but also low structures. It's not a problem and it's very easy. Let's go to my workplace together and I'll show you how you can make a structure paste yourself. Manufacturing is quick. You only need two ingredients. See the list below. Relief-like patterns always give a work of art a secret, what the viewer wants to fathom. Beautiful lines appear as if by themselves. You can find instructions for your paste here. Nowadays in particular, painting gives you a place to immerse yourself. Where you can let go of everything for once. Just putting the paste on the canvas gives you a good feeling. Feel free to take your hands and distribute the mass on your painting surface. Let your thoughts run free. That relaxes you. Painting always prepares a way to you and this spiritual way is simply a gift. No matter what you paint. Of course everything goes easier and better when you know how everything works. If you prefer to use ready-made pastes, you can of course do that too. Really does not matter. Just start. I receive a lot of emails asking for materials. Danke für das informative Video! Zum Binder mische ich auch oftmals Sand, Vogelsand, getrockneten Kaffeesatz, oder getrocknete zerkrümelte Eierschalen! Ergibt auch schöne Strukturen! Dir einen sonnigen Sonntag, bei uns leider wieder Regen!

Stimmt -- Petras Stimme ist unglaublich ähnlich mit der einer lieben Freundin von mir -- ich glaube sie kommen beide aus der gleichen Gegend. Auch deswegen schaue ich die Videos so gerne an -- aber besonders weil ich immer 'was lerne. Ich male lieber Landschaften/Stilleben in Öl, aber werde diese Techniken auch anwenden um meinen Horizonten zu erweitern. Aber jetzt -- genug geschaut und gequatchst -- auf ins Atelier. 🙂

Mit Strukturpaste zu arbeiten macht echt Spaß. Ich hab da auch schon einiges ausprobiert. Ich finde es grade auch für Anfänger toll, weil es schon eine Struktur vorgibt.

Guten Morgen Petra, dein Video und eine Tasse Kaffee ist einfach der beste Start in diesen grauen Sonntag. Hab immer fertige strukturpaste benutzt, werde aber jetzt diese selber herstellen. Ist auf Dauer auch günstiger.

Oh ja, das günstiger ist wirklich so. Ich stelle sie ja schon immer selber her und als ich mal dachte; probier mal eine fertige Strukturpaste aus, hatte ich ganz schön geguckt, als ich den Preis gesehen hatte.... zumal die fertigen Pasten auch schlecht trocknen... Viel Spaß und liebe Grüße!!!!

Jaaaa wieder Sonntag und somit auch ein neues Video von dir 😃 mal eine ganz andere Möglichkeit meine Paste Herzustellen, ich habe immer Spachtelmasse Aus dem Baumarkt genommen die richtig dick aufgetragen und dann mit dem Föhn trocken gegönnt dabei sind ganz kleine Risse entstanden sind das liebe ich wenn man es auch nicht beeinflussen kann wo und wann die Risse entstehen ist es schon total aufregend wenn man dann auch mit der Farbe beginnt zu arbeiten und was durch ganz viele Zufälle daraus wird es macht auf jeden Fall echt super viel Spaß, und ich bedanke mich mal wieder für deine Inspiration für deine Tips, und wünsche dir noch einen schönen gemütlichen Sonntag und eine schöne zauberhaften und hoffentlich gesunde Woche liebe Grüße von deinem großen Fan und Abonnent Dieter 😀😘😘😃😄

Many thanks for this vlog and for introducing marble and chalk powder. So you use the same binder for binding acrylic paints and not water for chalk and Marble powder? I guess you can’t get the same elasticity with water as you do with the binder or glue binder right?
Can you also use Plaster of Paris or cement to get these effects?
