This is actually slightly slower than the best method, which is farming at chocolate land. I rotate between cocoa warriors, chocolate bar battlers and sweet thiefs and I got dragon trident to 350 mastery in 30 minutes with no 2x mastery.

But i think Demonic souls open up much greater opportunities, like Soul reaper, hallow scythe, fragments, belis, CDK and soul guitar. They are the best with just dropping bones 😁

The TRUE best way to get mastery only really applies to the endgame/ farming mastery for swords & fruits. Chocolate island is the best island for mastery, but you can speed up the process by about 2x by getting cyborg v4 gear 2 aftershock. You can kill the npcs on all islands there before they respawn with cyborg v4. Another even less applicable way to speed up mastery grinding is to have perm mammoth and kitsune to increase the sword range by invis glitching with mammoth to have a mini buddha and the equipting kitsune for 2x speed from tails. For swords this is only slightly useful, but for fruits it really helps grind mastery because of the big range from perm mammoth, being able to do most the damage with melee m1s (you only need around 2 with cyborg v4 active) and getting the last hit with fruit. I understand this will not help everyone but it is atleast an option for some people.
