Mike Prince reigns supreme over what was once Axe Capital, but not content with merely winning he's out to change the game and build an empire in his image. Chuck Rhoades is determined not just to take revenge, but to eviscerate an entire class of people wielding excessive wealth, entitlement and power - and Prince is at the top of his list. In an unfamiliar battle with new weapons and new rules, alliances will form, forces will be rallied and scores will be settled.
As soon as Chuck mentioned Wisconsin Michigan Iowa and Ohio no lay offs I knew exactly what was coming 😂😂
As a Midwesterner its really easy. We are an easy people to make happy as long as you keep our jobs paying fair wages and keep us working. We don't need to be made rich just able to live comfortably. Its a smart play.
Same! LOL! Haha. I was like "No friggin way!"
The TITLE didn’t tell you?
@@redswift31 What unique people you Midwesterners are. You are telling me all you want is secure jobs with fair wages so you can live a comfortable live? What a distinctly humble trait. Surely no other people are like that.
@@zagreus5773 Most good natured people are like this...but lets not kid ourselves. Selfish douches from the coasts are never happy with just that. CA and NYC are great examples.
The body language of prince was like that of a politician since the beginning
Good catch!
Very true. He was a member of congress in House of Cards.
Arrogance is a character trait most if not all politicians have in abundance…it’s what makes them run in the first place and it’s what drives them long term.
let's not pretend like politicians are actually this smart and well intended as Mike is, none would do anything just for the good of the people and lose their own money in doing so, so let's not compare a good guy who's also a billionaire with the most corrupt people in the country, he could do their job but they can't do his job
@@9110philip Late as fuck to this, but also funny that Sakina Jaffrey is in the scene too. Played Walker's chief of staff in that too
I love how the writers don't just make a meal but a full on feast out of something they couldn't have been telegraphing more obviously.
Got to make it obvious for the old fraternity crowd that use to watch the show purely for Axe's Alphaness XD
@@menteachmen8756 Your mum would totally leave you and your dad to get 1 night of sleep with axe, don't even pretend!
@@menteachmen8756 Axe was kind of a pussy since the get go, so your hypothesis is incorrect
I love that all Taylor and Phillip are thinking about is being in charge of MPC.
Taylor knew that dude was a major threat from the moment he got there. Phillip is everything Taylor pretends to be.
This ending was so great.
Who would've thought?
Letting Chuck go instantly is not a great ending. Prince won but lost and Chuck lost but won. That’s a BS ending.
Axe is actually behind the scenes like Thanos pulling strings.
Right I literally screamed at the end 🤣
I can’t wait to see how this develops. If you recall House of Cards, Corey was playing a loser here what is he will be President because he will defeat Chuck in the next episode.
This scene was epic! Great work by the writers on the show.
Most amazing ending this season! POTUS!
The ending song Badlands by Springsteen is no accident. "Poor men wanna be rich, rich men wanna be king, and the king aint satisfied til he rules everything."
Prince wants to rule everything.
These dam writers are AMAZING!! 🔥 🔥 🔥 Didn't see that coming
Have you not watched any of this season? This was telepathed months ago.
lol as soon as I heard Scooter talking to prince about appointing a successor and then 'doing the thing' earlier in the season I pretty much guessed it would be this.
One of the best scenes of this season
Legendary Chuck Rhoades!
I love this band, this song and these threads (wonderful people!!!).
Prince’s “benevolence” and ego has always been the making of a transition to politics. It was there since he and Axe’s conversation at The Mike.
Right. Even before that, in the Vanity Fair article, Prince took a shot at traditional investors like Axe and talked about “shifting to machine learning and impact investing ... for the profitability of mankind.” The writers were presumably setting the stage for Prince’s run for President from the very beginning.
I don't think I would have ever guessed that Prince would be running for President, despite those calm leadership traits he portrays
if you thought Bobby Axelrod was bad, you clearly didn't wait long enough for Prince's "Hold my beer" chant!
On this show, anytime big ambitions are heightened you know it's not gonna happen.
The fact that episode 11 seemed like a season finale makes this season 🔥🔥
Amazing show tbh , some folks act like just bc Axe isn’t there it’s automatically bad , Axe was amazing but this season has been great tbh
Good not great 🙆♂️
This is great.. But with Axe.. You watch an episode, you'll be pumped to go out and conquer.. That doesnt happen watching Mike.
Prince is a great character but ideally we could have had both him and Axe in the show.
That said what I feel like we're missing is good subplots. Chuck vs Prince has been great but characters like Taylor and Wendy have taken a backseat.
Loved Axe, but love prince just as much. A different kind of billionaire. Axe was tycoon. Prince is mogul. The kind to leave behind an amazing legacy. And he’s just as ruthless as Axe.
Good thing Axe is coming back
I have to say I love Axe just as much as the next person but Michael Prince has really grown on me. I have not seen a drop-off as many claim in the show's quality. Looking forward to Sunday and to next season as well 👌
Me too, was telling someone the other day, there's a lot of depth in this season of Billions.
this show is horse shit withoiut bobby, this is why they have rumblings of him coming back next season.. Bobby Ax is the show bud.
@@ptyboxing4938 that's your opinion and you're entitled to it bro
Yeah as much as I loved seeing Bobby replace the CEOs of Yumtime, Cling, Pepson Pharma. etc. and tank the stocks of multiple companies this version of billions is much bigger than day trading. The whole New York Olympics play was quite fascinating to me. The presidential bid play is even gonna be more fascinating considering it's scope. This show is really growing.
Really? Prince sucks, he sounds like a used car salesmen
I like that they are showing a leader that isn’t rat at heart! ❤️
Just caught up on Billions. Season 6 turned out way better than I expected.
I'm just starting the last episode in season 2! I don't have cable/satellite and I happened to find it by accident on Crave! Damn it's a GREAT show
WAGS is the HOMEBOI
Love the product placement of the Michters. That's a super solid bourbon for the price.
I like the music at the end
Great scene.
That was bad ass
The only thing is he has shown his hand too soon "I think" but it was a stellar ending
I knew it great show !
And with this the show has officially jumped the shark.
He isn't going to make it to the campaign run - this is a head fake by the writers. It takes the show too far out of its lane.
1000%
@@callmemarvel298 Exactly, chuck will find a way to stop this from happening. or Sacker maybe.
nope, this has been a steady build up that if anything is a direct reflection of reality. Rich people running for office is the rule, not the exception. One man bringing the olympics to new york is jumping the shark. Billionaires running for president is, well... reality.
@@fatboyRAY24 Umm, no, that's not my point at all. While there are outliers like Schultz, Bloomberg, Trump, Ron Steyer and Ross Perot that ran for president, most Billionaires are more content to grow their empires and have the politicians work for them to do their bidding. Most politicians are just the help. But that's secondary to the fact that the show has completely gone off the rails from a high-tension drama between two diametrically opposed power brokers in their own respective positions going against against each other (Chuck and Axe) to a annoying fantastical wokefest where the writers of the show go father and father against the grain of reality to push the show more into the world of fantasy than reality. And this is just like Fonzie jumping the Shark in Happy Days - so yes, this is the point when Billions jumps the shark.
The takeaway isn't that Prince is running for president, it's that Wags is just as smart as his presumed future bosses.
I like Mike too!!!!
So that was "The Thing" Prince and Scooter mentioned a few eps back. Clever.
Mike Prince would make a formidable president!
Chucks psychology comes from him growing up rich, but not being part of the cool kids in highskul and college and seeing them getaway with stuff..so he decides to go after them in white collar law as a way of childhood revenge
This is a pretty brilliant trailer.
I need this win and I will WIN.
Season 6, since Mike Prince Capital, has been full of depth and suspense, and great political manuvers. I have watched Billions since sn 1, and I enjoy the battle between the Attorney General and the Billionaire, and I can't wait to watch episode 12
Former attorney general. Chuck was removed.
@@darksteal568 From office, yes, not from the series. Did you watch the Senate impeachment hearing, the speech he gave that made even Mike Price clap? I somehow thought he would reverse the impeachment... But " under better circumstances"
Axe was my favorite character but without a doubt Mike prince really did make you side with him and it was a great season
Characters have alluded to "the thing" Mike's been working on. So, anyone paying attention knew he had his sights set on something much bigger. This was a bit of an easy out, and I kind of wish they kept overt politics out of it, but let's see where this goes.
Would be funny if Axe was his running mate for VP hahahahaha
Fuck yeah
I think I commented on this in a different clip, but the interesting thing about Prince is that he seeks respectability and middle class framing, unlike Axe, who tended to emphasise middle class roots and general ruthlessness. One thing I only realized now after the episode aired, is that the implication of the scene is that Prince won't just look like a great guy for investing in the USA and telling the Chinese no, and funding Mike Money, but stands to profit from it ultimately. He owns a bunch of manufacturing busineses that stand to profit if they can operate and substititue Chinese imports if the Prince Administration puts tariffs in place and relations worsen. the mike money flows right back. He gets to play FDR as savior but also gets to profit off f it himself. Axe tended to emphasise a single move. Prince tends to set up dominoes and prep, and profits if they all fall down right.
To be fair, what you describe could start a trade war, and I am sure his gain would be minimal at best.
@@user-ww7ez2el3q I suspect the idea (obviously we aren't told the details of how his business works) its that he would benefit while hurting alot of people in the process.
For example, in the clip they mention his companies are losing money. It might be because of higher energy use for secret bitcoin mining (the following episode suggests this), but he might also have large iventories and excess capacity he build up specifically for re-shoring.
That said, I agree with you it would be worse for average people, but it sounds like Prince is a bit like Littlefinger from Game of Thrones, planning to profit off choas, instability and conflict.
What is the soundtrack in the background?
This is like the Olympics thing we knew it wasn't really gonna happen so Mike will lose this somehow to chuck.
We want Axe for President..
I'd vote for Mike
I am from México, can't find a way to stream season 6 but what does ppl think about this season?? Do we miss Axe?
I really thought the show was through without Bobby Axelrod. I was wrong.
Based on a true story 😮
Good twist. But I don’t see the show going into a presidential run so I predict something will throw a wrench into Prince’s plans in the finale.
if he were to make it then his character would leave the show like Krakow did for a few episodes and they would have to bring back Axe or replace him with another investor, but he won't make it to the elections and we'll have another season of him and Chuck fighting
I wonder if this is being set up for a spin off show. I know a lot of people don't like Billions without Axe and I can understand that.
I'm a big comic book fan.. There's a series called the Infinity War... The Villain, The Magus was the future evil version of the hero Adam Warlock. The Magus had vast amounts of power at his hand. But his endgame was bigger than anyone could imagine but just the Hero and one of his confidants. I wonder if the writers were inspired by this Jim Starlin storyline... Mike Prince is like 8 steps ahead of everyone else.
This episode could have been the season finale. The last episode was lacking.
What is the music in the background which is silently played until the moment Mike reveals his plan?
I like Chuck he so bitter 😅😅
Chuck is a mere 8 figure millionaire and daddy Rhoades is a mere 9 figure millionaire, therefore Chuck hates the small group of people with more money and power, ie. 10 and 11 figure Billionaires.
Always bitter
@@anuoluwapoadeseun9078 chucks beliefs are anti American & based on begrudgery.
@@anuoluwapoadeseun9078 he will turn innocent people into guilty people 🤣🤣 legend
@@willc1294 gotta give it to the writers now because the billionaire has to win and Chuck as well
I refuse to believe the ending is real😅
Je vous conseille cette série « d’actualité et captivante » elle montre très bien le monde d’aujourd’hui
I missed this episode…..why Springsteen’s Badlands at the end?
I still believe that the investors prince let go will bring bobby back
I vote for Bobby
Is he? Really? I really like him.
At first I wasn't sure about the direction with Prince as the main antagonist, especially how he started off with "Mike Price List" by firing his clients. Then we started seeing the real ambition of Price. He wants to bring the Olympics to the NYC. After that play is ruined by Chuck, I wasn't sure where the finale would be. And then, "Bang", Prince wants to run for the President of US. That is a major play for power and fame.
I actually really like the direction this show is heading. In the first 5 seasons, we have seen Chuck go after billionaires in the financial industry. Bobby is ruthless when it comes to making money and winning. But Bobby has no interest in the political world as he values his freedom to do anything he wants. Prince is different. He has an even higher ambition. He will maintain an "electable image" at all cost so he can have a shot at the highest office of government.
Excellent direction and anticipation for the next season.
Nah they went woke shows trash...
Good to see Peter Russo come back and become president
Mike for potus!
Have to admit
I thought political office too was the endgame but I thought governor
Reflecting chuck’s near run in 3rd season
Quastion Slide 3.

against Francis Underwood?? Good luck :)
Why announce for 2028? Why not 2024?
Mike Donald Trump Prince
Chuck is more of the bad guy each season
chuck should run too
Probably will. Now that would be interesting
He’s definitely running especially with his dad in his ear
WTF ESTO NESESITA UN CROSOVER CON HOUSE OF CARDS
House of cards redemption 😅
Why not 2024? I suppose we can guess.
Summer Olympics are in 2024 and it would take a lot of time to set up the infrastructure of Mike Money.
Even with the Olympics failing to land in NYC, if Mike Money worked he'd gain a really big platform and even more name recognition to run in 2028
Damn, this just got too big.
But it's not directly about stock markets now, it's 90%politics and only 10%stocks.
To me the story was never really about the stocks but how the rich will do anything to get richer
@@ztcgamer9652 I agree, this show has content that can help you frame a strong mindset and chip off the weak points in your perspective.
The writers really are taking it to the next level.
It’s 100% perfect
Well, instead of Mike Prince we ended up with Mike Pence. Close enough, Hollywood. Thank you.
Come on where is season 7 already. If the writers are striking then get AI to do it
Does Michael Prince have some bizarre tie-in with Michael Bloomberg?
the prince president plot line was poorly hided throughout this season. It was predictable 2 or 3 episode earlier.
I love this show but I hate that chuck rodes always gets saved in the end , I hate him at this point
Running for president. It’s obvious
Gale is a lot ruder now.
The USA needs another clown prince.
Hiring Tom again? Not again? A different Tom after last one got screwed up with George Clooney?
The worst season of billions. Period.
house of cards ?
No limit🙏🪄
2028 though, Billions won't last another season or two.
with brilliant writers like they have they could make another 6 seasons and bring in totally new characters, replace mike and chuck and still be one of the best shows on tv, you don't know what you're talking about
@@badsnowman I enjoy the writting but I have a feeling they will cancel it sooner or later. As much as I like Billions, only a small amount of people would agree.
Cant really hate it but just enjoy it, its hard to top Axe and they gotta top the last season with a bigger goal every time while trying to make Mike Prince likeable. I’m getting tired of Chuck, he doesn’t like rich ppl who abuse their power. But tbh I felt like he was abusing his power a lot especially that park thing. It’s like he got “ annoyed”so hes going to go total law on someone and rob them of everything. Or that douchebag guy at the country club. There’s one way of handling it and then he kinda throws in 50 allegations. I feel like he is definitely abusing his power this season.
Idk Mike Prince was helping out a lot of ppl as his overall goal nicer than Axe. Then you see Chuck be like take away the Scholarships! Take away the Olympics! Take away a good president…has made him go to an obsessive infatuation on rich ppl being stuck up ppl.
Really don't like the direction of Mike Prince running for office
Hmmm it might be the way to get axe back hmmm
Who is Mike Peirce?
2028? Lol
same thing happened with Trump
Writers need help all the bad characters never hide what they are but they protray Chuck as someone honest but he's actually more corrupt then anyone he's full of envy and acts on personal beef and now the acting US Attorney is just as corrupt its boring watching them keep getting away with it over and over I hope theres better writers for season 7
Show started pandering to the left and went to sh**
Enough "Billions" for me. This turned into documentary. Horrible last episode.
I'll never watch this. The clips are terrible.
Yet episode 12.... was garbage. ignorant. made zero sense.
Trash is what this season 6 is. Can't Wash it no more. Season 5 was the end.
I’m sorry, but the storyline has crashed and burned this season.
it was good til this lame running for president angle. seen it already with herr drump f
Enjoying it all and looking forward to the next unfolding.
I love it!!!
Nah it hasn’t
You’re literally insane.
This show is about to make a turn for the worst if they try to make homage to Trump and fail miserably...
Prince is actually a worse person than Axe.
Way worse. He just shows empathy
