Sound Design in Ableton Live | Making Song with Nature
Вставка

- I went out into the woods. My iPhone and camera with me. And recorded field recordings for a sound design experiment. The challenge: no instruments. Have a look and let me know what you think. #Ableton #SoundDesign

Now i know why the music in minecraft is so relaxing and soothing. It uses sounds that are found in nature
What an amazing video. Thank you for sharing. How do you get the audio to sound so crisp? Are you just recording with your phone? Is it post production?
That's a great production! I wish I could learn how to do this!
I want to thank the YT algorithm. Very interesting work.
Wonderful to hear! Yeah, sometimes the algorithm surprises you - I always love that! And thanks for the compliment ☺️
Amazing song, so much creativity, thanks for this
Oh wow. Thanks so much for your comment!
Awesome work! How did you made that synth sound starting at 2:27?
Yeh that got me too. Seems a massive leap from an echoing drop to a rich pad. I wish he explained that. It sounds lovely.
He didn’t, its a pigments preset
Good morning Nature sounds lovers all over the World. How are you doing today?
Doing greeeeeat ! 🌳💚
nice to hear@@JonathanGoudefroy

Wow soothing great work

Magnificent! This is the dream! Everybody seems to have a super-specific thing that sounds like a great time to them, and capturing the sounds of nature with unique gadgets to make organic music with is one of mine for sure, great job!
Thank you so much, Connor! This means a lot to me! 😍
This was so soothing to watch. Also super well produced. Nice work. Surprised this didn't get more traction!
Thanks Dominik! In the past I was doing more DJ videos. But maybe I should record another „Sound Design“ project soon 🤔 Let’s feed the algorithm 😁
does anyone knows if music made this way has a name at all?
I would like to see if there is more.
give me the nature song file bro
what is the name of the app you used?
You said it uses no instruments.
Why didn't you use samples as a melodic\sonic narrative?
You set a challenge for yourself and expectation for us and failed to deliver both.
Incredible! Any chance that you'd be willing to share how you made the wavetable synth? I'm assuming based on the the title that you imported one of the field recordings as a wavetable but I'm curious about how you were able to tune it. I'm working on similar project at the moment and am having trouble tuning some of my longer ambient recordings that I'd like to use at pads.
bird sounds strong here
Very nice job my friend. I enjoyed watching that. Thanks.
super well produced video but was expecting more music
nice! what mic were you using
Richtig nice man 🔥🔥 geiles Projekt
Danke dir!!! Freut mich!
wow, beautiful and inspiring
