Damn 6 bars is crazy, xanax is awful I was on 8 a day, broke as fuck choosing whether I wanted to ease the withdrawls or buy myself a meal, staying up for 3 days checking my phone every 2 minutes if my paycheck came in so I could bounce and go buy myself either half or a full bottle of pressed bars (no fent, just made up of not all alprazolam probably has etizolam and other cheaper sht)

And also just breathing exercises, more skating to get myself outdoors etc:)

Worst thing about the addiction was those nights where for all I know I did some rlly unfunny disrespectful stuff maybe without even knowing/being in control. Im a pretty happy drunk luckily so I never got my teeth kicked in but I was just being ignorant asf and a mess and just, idk how my ex put up with me lmao and even tho I was kinda relieved when it ended but I dont blame her for looking at me and saying "this junkie has no future, I can do better" which wasn't completely untrue at the time
