When your flashlight is flashing, it's hunting you. Be quiet, seriously. Turn your light off and squat in a corner or another room but stfu. Only check if it's done by turning your flashlight back on after a few. If it stays on, dangers passed for now.
When you're trying to make a guess like you were at the end, if you have 2 pieces of evidence you can look at the type of ghost in the journal because it will tell you the possibilities, you don't have to look through each ghost throughout the entire book. Also, I'm not sure if you are doing this, but try and use in-game voice chat it helps with the experience, V being normal talk and B being the walkie. Lastly, with the spirit box you have to ask it questions rather than letting it just sit there, but don't say its name when doing so, just regular questions like "Are you here" or "Give me a sign".

You do not lose your equipment by it leaving it in the house. You ONLY lose equipment when you die, doesn't matter if someone brings it to the van or not.

The ghost can/will interact and turn on the sink by itself, you don't need to turn it on (just like the ghost did at 12:40). This makes it easier to ID which sink is running if you let the ghost do it, it also will potentially leave fingerprints turning it on by itself (if that is one of the evidence for it).

You'll hear running water when a ghost turns on sink, and the water will be dirty; only the ghost can turn on dirty water. Literally 10 minutes into the video now, with no evidence and I'm guessing it's a Banshee. If you can see your breath than that means it's freezing temperatures. And with the Spirit Box you have to ask questions, not say her/his name. Saying the name before or after the question cancels the question. Saying the name is only for angering the ghost, period. Activity level 10 means that the ghost is hunting and any time the ghost is hunting the front door locks, UNLESS a person is standing in the doorway. And by the way, wraiths ALMOST never touch the ground; you'll still hear footsteps cause they almost never touch. There is no giveaway at a ghost type, unless objects a thrown in which it could be an Oni or Poltergeist. Keep up the great work, love you guys :)
Ghost orbs are like green fireflies that show up on the camera feed, floating and levitating around I think the camera has to be in the source room, the ghosts’ room
Either you have to turn on the sink until it is full and leave it or the ghost will. The water will start clean and then go dirty if the ghost is around it.
If you pick the evidences, you can’t try selecting the ghost type, if won’t show the ones that don’t fit with the evidences you picked, you wouldn’t have to read the notes again (they’re good for tips tho)
Hey Guys, you need to photograph the body if one of you dies so that you can collect the insurance for the person who dies. Also take photos of all evidence, in this case the fingerprints. You would have got paid for it as extra evidence like the bone.
