If those materials were imported, it might increase Bangladesh's import volume. For example, if the total FOC is $6 billion, you should add $6 billion to the current fiscal year's import volume if you want to compare it with the previous fiscal year's import volume. If FOC is $6 billion, the deficit remains unchanged.
