The result are burst sausages whose content is bloated and as a result tastes almost foamy strange. unfortunately not a typical german grilled sausage.
Agreed! Weisswurst should not be cooked like a raw sausage. The German is right, when overcooked a weisswurst loses ton of flavor. And ketchup? My four year old does that😂

If this video was about german potato-salad, 50% of germans would say it needs to be with vinegar and oil, 50% would say it needs to be with mayonaisse. So just eat it how you like it ♥
