And I like fighting Stormbirds more. Just like in HZD, they share their fight theme with Thunderjaws in HFW. And there is something majestic about a Stormbird swooping down on you. Still, I also love this majestic theme.
@@ArsenV0122 I prefer Thunderjaws because, despite the fact that you can knock off a lot of its hardpoints/weakpoints, it never becomes an enemy that isn't dangerous. Granted, that is also the case with the Stormbird, but less so than the Thunderjaw which, at least in Forbidden West, will start using its melee attacks and beam wire attacks a LOT when you remove all of its ranged attacks, while Stormbird AI is more inconsistent in the use of its tail swipe and dive attack once you remove the shock cannon. And the wing thrusters are a royal PITA to hit while the Stormbird is flying. Then again, I guess I just need to start using ropecasters again and target the elemental canisters with appropriate arrows for additional damage. Haven't as much in Forbidden West due to the stupid amount of arrow types spread out over so many weapons. And you can only fit so many into the weapon wheel.
@@inquisitorpig5760 for real, wish there was a skill to allow maybe at least one more weapon on the wheel, like shit there’s so much game in HFW it’s crazy
This song will forever be etched in my mind because of the Tallneck in the jungle. I told myself that night I would just do one more quest. This Tallneck in the jungle. An hour after my initial thought of “just one more side quest”, I ended up quitting and going to bed before finishing it. Multiple Stalkers on the ground, and multiple Clamberjaws in the abandoned tree huts. Those treetops were so confusing, and Clamberjaws are one of my “nope” machines. I just couldn’t do it at midnight when I should have been in bed.
Oops, my bad. It isn't this song that plays with the Tallneck in the jungle! It's another battle theme. You know the one that goes bzzah badum bzzah badudada bzzah badum? Yep. That one.
On my second playthrough, I said "nope" to that entire godforsaken area and just climbed to the top of the nearby mountain and glided onto the Tallneck, circumventing that whole mini-quest. Nuts to that, I'm staying away from those monkeys lol
So Shoulder of Giants V1 has 3 search modes and V2 has about 4 *V1* •Going back to stealth (Thunderjaw) •Going back to stealth (Stormbird) •Shot an arrow once, became suspicious (Thunderjaw/Stormbird) *V2* •Going back to stealth (Fireclaw/Frostclaw/Clamberjaw/Rollerback/Widemaw/Leaplasher/Behemoth) •Shot an arrow once, became suspicious (Fireclaw) •Shot an arrow once, became suspicious V1 (Behemoth) •Shot an arrow once, became suspicious V2 (Behemoth)
I've been looking for this soundtrack in your youtube channel, and now i found it, I Hope they upload this on Spotify! Thank You @Mista King. i heard this soundtrack from Tallneck: The Stand of The Sentinels.
The only thing that's missing are the constant sounds of the Thunderjaw's laser beams, and exploding disc launchers.

This is probably my most favorite soundtrack out of all of them. Probably why I tend to want to fight Thunderjaws.

Same. How can these monkeys be so much more annoying than any other machine. I hate them 😅

You get this when climbing the first Tallneck as well. Bad Ass theme. Best to me in the entire game.
For a moment I thot a thinderjaw was attacking me

2:23 Epic!!!
Best battle theme in the game bar none.
This theme is meant to be the Thunderjaw and Stormbird's main theme.
Meanwhile, the Burrower has three different variants of this theme.
Me when farming shards at the early part of the game
Sounds like something big is coming to kick your ass. I forget which fight this one plays for.
This one plays for the bigger machines. (Thunderjaw, Behemoth etc..)
@@HorizonThemes do you know the title of this theme?
@@notrixamoris3318 Unfortunately not. Im hoping some of these have a official release at some point.
I’ve also had this one play for widemaws and every cauldron fight I’ve done
Yeah it plays for the biggest baddest machines. Last I heard it was against a Fireclaw.
Fantastic track. Thank you.
