Hi Jamie! I’m just now getting a chance to watch your copy cat Texas Roadhouse biscuit/rolls video and I must say they look really good!
Question: after slicing them horizontally, do you think they would be too crumbly if you tried to make a small sandwich with it?
We have Texas Roadhouse in our area of central Virginia too, but we haven’t eaten there in quite a while. As I recall, their salads are also very good because they are usually so fresh and crisp.
Thanks so much for this video!

We are on vacation in Reno, NV and I just now have a chance to catch up on some of my favorite UA-cam channels, yours being one of them!😉

Hi Brenda, I hope your vacation is nice and relaxing....or an adventure if thats what you were seeking😃 Yes, we've been slicing them horizontally even though they are relatively thin and they have been holding up for that and a serrated knife works best. I asked Tara for her thoughts because she's eaten more of them. She said they sliced better before they were frozen but she thinks they would still hold up to make a small sandwich. She also suggested making them a little bigger so they would hold a little more filling wise if you went that route. I hope this helps. Let me know should you have any other questions. Have fun on vaca!

I've used cup for cup on a few things and have had great results for the recipes I've used it in. Do you use cup4cup as a direct swap in recipes?
